I am from out of town and am here for work. I placed an order on the app, then showed up 15 minutes later to pick up my order. When I arrived, I walked right up to the counter, but the employee did not notice that I was standing there because he was on his phone. The gas station attendant called his name from across the room, THEN he looked up and saw me. I gave him my name since my order was not sitting in the designated pick up area. It turns out that he had not made my order and had to make it on the spot while I was standing there waiting. Overall, not a great experience.

Stopped in to grab a bottle of pop on my way to work. I was surprised to see no regular Dr. Pepper, coke, or Pepsi. They had at least 4 different odd flavors of Dr. Pepper and diet, and many other diet name brand and other pop brands. No regular Mountain Dew either, only diet. Not a bottle of regular pop in the store. Every slot full. Weird store. Had cases of beer and energy drinks too. Left disappointed and thirsty.

Every time I come here they are rushing me through my order, rude, and refuse to say anything at window they just stare me down. They didnt bother stirring my sister’s matcha latte at all just through the powder on top and handed it out the window. This place is a joke. I will go out of my way for a better location.

I really haven’t had a good experience at this particular Dunkin Donuts. They burn my bagel every time and usually mess up my order. I would suggest going to a different Dunkin. The picture below is my bagel with extra cream cheese.

I experienced extremely rude customer service through the drive through. Food was fine, but I was given attitude after asking for the missed item in my order. I thanked the lady for my completed order and she made a sour face at me and closed the window without a verbal response.

I just wanted to say that I go to multiple dunkin donuts’ depending on where I’m headed for the day and this one is by far my favorite. Every person who I’ve come into contact with here greets me by name (I use the app) asks me how I am and tells me to have a wonderful day with a genuine positive attitude and smile. Their customer service skills are phenomenal and they always brighten my morning. No other dunkin does that.

honestly it’s hard to order here because they talk over you so much by trying to guess what you want just to get you through the drivethru quicker, then they got my order wrong, they also don’t put the receipt sticker on the bag so i couldn’t check that it was me who missed the order, after all that they just rushed me out the drive way instead of giving me my actual order as if there was a line behind me but there was no other cars in the drive thru. If i say i am missing a coffee why not just charge me and make another coffee instead of saying you gave me everything i ordered…these duncan’s are starting to care less and less about providing with actual edible food too. the bagels will be insanely hard w barely any cream cheese , hash browns tasting of old oil… and the coffee? somehow always watered down bitter and 9/10 missing something that was supposed to be put in it.
