Customer service is horrible. Trying to order only words i get is anything else. Handed my drink and the gentleman seemed irritated to do his job no words back after saying thank you. “Regret saying because thank you for what?”
Get a large iced match with toasted almond. Missing a quarter of my drink and not even mixed…
Whoever is the manager or even apart of the management team here needs to wake up and realize that his people are doing this because they are allowing this to happen. This is your standard really?

I’m done giving this Dunkin’ location chances. Order accuracy and customer service are consistently poor.
Today I clearly ordered two turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches. The employee was mumbling and never repeated the order back. As I pulled away from the speaker, I could see on the screen that it appeared to be entered as regular sausage — which it was.
At the window, I had to correct the order. I was told to pull forward. Five minutes later, they brought out one sandwich. I had to explain again that I ordered two. After another wait, someone handed me the bag without a word and walked away.
No apology. No acknowledgment.
This isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s a pattern. I won’t be returning.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would… this dunkin completely sucks. I’ve walked in like 50 times and been completely ignored. Not sure if it’s because of how I look or stuff but they don’t even welcome you or anything.
Today was my birthday wanted to get a treat. The lady was rude. We had to have a customer say “are you going to help us?” This place is terrible lmao would recommend any other dunkin.

Terrible service here and employees need some attitude checks don’t work in customer service if you can’t have a decent attitude. Had my mom pick up a drink for me and a young women was working very rude like us paying customers are a bother and gets upset because she has to do a actual job. Doesn’t take alot to not be rude and that’s coming from someone who works in the customer service industry. Do better Dunkin!

I ordered a Wicked Matcha drink and it wasn’t even filled, which already made it seem like no care was put into it. The drive-thru worker was rude, and they didn’t have the items I originally wanted. To make things worse, the other worker didn’t say a single word — no hello, no thank you, nothing. They just handed me the food with a mean, unfriendly expression. The whole experience felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly really disappointing.

This place is really hit or miss. Some morning’s things are fine. Some mornings our food is burned or the service is horrible…like…I feel like I’m bothering them. Today my wife received an avocado toast with a hole in it. As she asked me…do you think they would serve this to the restaurant owner? Probably not, but they served it to us. Very disappointing!

Espresso was Burnt, Guy taking orders was incredibly rude, didn’t have the seasonal donuts at 8 am. Second time at this location and it was just as disappointing if not worse than the first time. Guy with glasses a beard and the tan White Sox Hat is most likely the owner or Manager and welp he’s the problem.

Asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso it really tasted like water with sugar, very very sweet. My co worker got the same thing everything the same and hers was very bitter. The manager there is the tall guy with glasses he has very horrible customer service he literally gets into it with people at the drive thru window you would think he was reasonable since he is the “manager” definitely skipping this place from now on & ill make sure I let people know this is a horrible place with horrible customer service. Save your money this place is not worth it.
