I recently ordered two Caramel Macchiatos and a cold Mocha, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The Macchiatos were unusually poor in taste—so much so that I had to throw them away. By the time I realized how bad they were, I was already driving in the snow and returning to the store wasn’t practical.
Additionally, before paying for my order, I asked the staff member if I could have a cup of water since the weather was bad and I wanted to avoid another stop. Despite placing an order totaling $16, I was told that a cup of water would cost $1. When I declined, clearly frustrated, the employee then offered to charge $0.25 instead. This only made the situation worse, as it felt both dismissive and unprofessional.
I understand that supplies have costs, but offering a simple cup of water to a paying customer—especially one spending over $16—should not be treated as an inconvenience or an upcharge. This interaction, combined with the poor quality of the drinks, demonstrates a disappointing lack of customer care.
Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I hope management reevaluates both product quality and customer service standards.

All the employees are so nice! They truly make our day! It’s also the only location where my iced latte consistently tastes like coffee, not just milk and flavoring.

I got the party coffee jug with other stuff I asked if u can put extra creamer and sugar for my big order they were like oh we have to charge u extra I never had that happen to me in other locations. Went over the top! They didn’t have the trolli slushy so they made us this amazing pink slushy instead it tasted so good almost like a sherbert smoothie, I stole it from my husband I can’t wait to go back! I hope they make us more of those!

If you’re just looking to get an iced coffee drink, this location is fine, but do not order food here. Everything that they claim is “baked fresh everyday” is stale and likely a few days old at best. Was served the stalest and most pathetic everything bagel (with all of the toppings scraped off) and driest egg I’ve ever seen and had the unfortunate experience of tasting, and then argued with by the person answering the phone that it was baked fresh just hours earlier. I’ll be sure to skip this location in the future.

I’ve ordered at this Dukin quite a bit, but honestly the drinks are bad half the time. I’m lactose intolerant and always ask for Oatmilk in my drinks, and they add oatmilk + regular milk.
This is like the 4th time this has happened to me at this exact location, so make sure to tell them you want ONLY the dairy substitute & no milk.

Don’t like this place they are rude and don’t even try to make things easier for Uber drivers. They don’t own up to their mistakes and try to correct it. They have bad customer service. Like I ask for napkins…. But why did they give them to me all crumpled up like that???? And was told by the Uber driver for Uber eats that they were giving him a hard time. I’m assuming he was asking for a bag the food. And didn’t give it him? But yea he was struggling to give me everything. I told him I would go to his car and help bring it in. Lol I know it doesn’t look like a lot.
And I’m not trying to knit pick. I’m just trying to let them know that they should be nice to their customers who’s ordering from them….

I’ve also worked as a barista and if I messed up on someone’s order I would correct it. Not hard at all. And if a customer left a review how to make the service better… I didn’t get mad about because guess what. It’s to make customer service better for the customers. And also helped me become a better barista.

A couple of years ago, this Dunkin’ Donuts was the go to spot everything was clean, fresh, and reliable. However, I stopped visiting for a while after noticing a decline in service and quality. Recently, I decided to give it another try and went through the drive-thru. I ordered two large hot caramel lattes, two orders of hash browns, and two croissant sandwiches. The employee on the speaker was hard to understand, but I managed to place my order. I was then asked to park by the front door.
After a short wait, the sandwiches were brought out, followed by the coffees. I didn’t mind the wait, hoping everything would be fresh. Unfortunately, the hash browns and sandwiches were cold, likely pre-made in anticipation of a rush that never came, as the location wasn’t busy. The coffees, thankfully, were good. However, this disappointing experience means I won’t be returning. I hope the owners address these issues, as this location has great potential. Perhaps it was just the weekend crew, as this happened on a Saturday, but regardless, it felt like a waste of money.
