It’s a quaint spot, but it has such great energy from both the staff and the patrons. The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. We asked for recommendations, and the server delivered both for the sushi and the drinks when we wanted to try something new. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and relaxed, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

First time we ordered from here – via DoorDash delivery. The crab salad was $10 and it was 2 bites in the container when delivered. When I called the restaurant to ask for a refund, the person on the phone laughed and said this is “A la Carte not all you can eat”. Aside from that, the green dragon roll that was almost $16 might as well have been a cucumber roll. Photo attached.
2 Cali rolls, 1 green dragon roll, 1 spicy tuna, a crab salad, cheese wontons and edamame came to $73 before tax and delivery etc. it was unfortunately not worth the price and very disappointed to have that reaction from the place when we called.

For those who like Korean food DO NOT GO there!!! First time ever I need to ask for side dishes even it tastes just so so, how much will those side dishes cost you? 2$ REFILL? It’s a compliment when your customer likes your side dishes… The server only talks to you twice when you order and check..

Aji Sushi Windsor is a fantastic spot for anyone craving authentic Korean and Japanese food. Their menu offers a wide variety of dishes. I ordered their gam ja tang (Korean pork bone soup) today. It had the perfect level of spiciness, rich flavor, and wasn’t bland or toned down like in some other places.
I also loved the banchan (side dishes), especially the kimchi and pickled cucumber–both were fresh, flavourful, and complemented the meal well.
My partner is vegetarian and ordered their
Agadeshi Tofu (deep fried tofu) and vegetable tempura. We both liked them!
Our friend ordered their Dragon Sushi, and said it was the best sushi he has ever had!
Service was excellent–fast, efficient, and very friendly. The staff were warm and attentive, making the whole dining experience even better.
Overall, Aji Sushi Windsor is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious, authentic Korean and Japanese cuisine served with great hospitality. Highly recommended!

We are regulars here and they have hands down the best, freshest sushi in Windsor. The people there are amazing and extremely accommodating. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s graduation and they offered us a complimentary shot of a Korean liqueur (I can’t remember what it was called!). Every time we go in it is always a pleasure. Reasonable prices, amazing food always.

This establishment truly deserves greater recognition. While the prices may be slightly on the higher side, they are by no means unreasonable. The portions are generous, and the food is both delicious and satisfying. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal, attentive service, and the inviting ambiance.

We were craving for Korean food in Windsor, so we found this small restaurant serving Japanese-Korean dishes. It was a simple setup, and although other reviewers recommended that we reserved a table, we were seated promptly during lunch time.
Honestly I was confused, as the foods were rather disappointing. The LA Galbi was mostly tasteless, missing the charred flavour I look for in my grilled ribs. The Chicken Katsu was okay, though the portion was small for the price (and the large portion of rice accompanying it). Even the grilled mackerel suffered from lack of seasoning.
The service was also abysmal. We waited for some time before we could order, could not get any recommendation from the server, and were prodded to pay as soon as we finished our food. Would not visit again.

The food was great…probably the best Asian I’ve had in a while in Windsor. BUT, they got our order completely wrong! Our seafood Ramen and Korean Ramen became beef and chicken noodles. My girlfriend is vegetarian but eats seafood so this was a bit unacceptable. Will try this place again. I get that it’s New Years Eve and busy.

Bought some sushi and sashimi, and the quality wasn’t good, tasted like it was made and sitting around too long, the tempura wasn’t crispy either, and was super oily. The wasabi also smelled moldy. We ended up throwing out the food that we paid almost $100 for. Was very disappointed as my girlfriend and I love sushi which we get weekly and this order just ruined it. Definitely will not be coming back here and don’t recommend it to anyone thinking about trying this place.

I’ve been here a few times and each time was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted so fresh and the portions are huge! They go the extra step with making their dishes very presentable. Such lovely staff and the owner is super nice! Even their sauces are amazing, especially their House Sauce. The Chicken n Waffle roll is a must try! (no photo)
