Every morning I go they never have any food I want. I don’t think there’s ever been a d*** day where they have omelette bites in stock. 9 times out of ten the iced coffee tastes like burnt s***. Literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in the worst disgusting gas station.

One of the worst Dunkin’s and that’s saying a lot. Last visit the “oven was broken” so no food was available. Settled for a tiny $3 coffee drink that tasted bad. Dunkin completely lost its way trying to be Starbucks. Get back to good donuts, fools!

The food was to be as expected for DD, but I will never get another iced drink with any kind of flavoring. You can’t ever taste the actual coffee. I ordered an iced caramel frozen coffee and it tasted like straight caramel syrup. I didn’t even drink a fourth of it, after trying to stomach it so I didn’t completely waste my money. Gut rot.

I visited DD on Nov. 1st. and ordered a frozen Matcha. My drink was watery and 1/4 of the cup was filled with whip cream. When I said something to the DD worker, she said that’s how the drinks are made and she cannot control the flavor or how much whipped cream she puts on top. I’ve ordered this drink at other DD and never had a problem with the flavor or the amount of whipped cream. I was very disappointed and will never go back this DD location again.

Ordered the new strawberry bubbles for the lemonade. Lemonade was horrible tested like water and there were literally only 7 balls in there. I truly hate this location everytume I come here they never have anything. Also I’m highly concerned for a don’t place to not have donuts. How can you be down to one jelly filled. Like make more donuts!!? Oh we ran out in morning um you’re a donut Shop make more.

This location is decent. When we come to order our iced coffee, we never have any issues. They are usually busy though. I would say that is the only issue. I mean, good for your location, but not good for me when I’m in need of my coffee! Lol.

Extremely slow But no fault of the one worker doing everything. One employee to make food run drive thru make drinks. Which is why my drink was horrible. Again I do not fault the young man cause he was busted his but getting orders ready. I fault corporate. Who schedules one person in the early am when most workers like myself are getting our coffee n or breakfast. Kudos to the young man who had a good attitude n great customer service despite the position he was put in.

I went through the drive thru at 4 today and ordered a medium French vanilla iced coffee and the girl working put ice all the way to the top of the cup and all I tasted was syrup. I told her it didn’t taste right and she took the cup to the back and gave it back and all she did was add water to it. It’s very unprofessional especially considering she didn’t make me a new one and just added water to my cup. When I was waiting to order she was on the phone the while time.
