I would have given them a 5 but just for the manager. She has little to work with. Her overnight guy is speedy. The rest just plug along. One is often late. It delays everything. Slowest Dunkin in the known universe. Wife and I just sat at the speaker for 10 minutes while nobody acknowledged us and nothing even moved. Once they took our order it was another 10 minutes to get to the window. Watched a guy in the mobile lane just give up and leave. I have no clue what they were doing in there.

This is the slowest dunks I’ve ever been too. I waited over 2 minutes in the drive thru for my coffee that was sitting just waiting to be handed to me. The employee was not even aware the coffee was ready. I even beeped my horn 3 times to get his attention and no response. Not the first time but definitely the last time I go to that dunks. Going to aroma Joe’s across the street from now on.

This is by far the worst Dunkin I have been to. I mistakenly come back and it’s always the same issues of waiting 20 minutes in the drive through and your order having something wrong or missing. Today they messed up my order and they didn’t believe me when I said they forgot an item and tried to get me to move on through the drive through. I refused and asked for my item that I ordered and paid for. They first asked to see my receipt and then proceeded to take my order back because they didn’t believe me and thought I was trying to get some free food? I ended up being right, shocker, and she gave me my correct order. The whole experience was something I never experienced before and she was very demeaning and rude. Aroma Joes across the street has amazing customer service. This place sucks.

This is by far the slowest DD. Even if I order mobile order online, I am waiting 15-20 min in line for my order. They do not allow mobile order at door. It is extremely frustrating on AM commute. Why are they so slow? Why hasn’t this been fixed over past 6 months!? It never gets better. The quality is standard for DD, once you get your food. Mobile orders for hot food are usually cold due to waiting so long in line. Friendly service.
