Very nice staff, especially the woman at the register. She didn’t get phased by the morning rush and was very accommodating when a issue came up with my order. Despite them only having 1 working oven instead of 2, they did a great job keeping up with the orders! If people don’t want a delay and grumble about it….pre-order online instead, simple!

The barista who’s a black male took payment from me but prepared wrong coffee. I mentioned it but he said rudely it’s done already so refused to make my latte, he started argumentative and verbally abusive I left with coffee with not even sugar or cream. He shouldn’t be working for service industry. I’ll Never support this Dunkin’

my lemonade wasn’t tasting well, so i politely went up and asked for a redo. the lady proceeded to yell at me and tell me no. i then went and asked again, and she said i cannot in a very rude tone. according to dunkin website, if you’d like a redo, the are required to.

My husband ordered me a plain bagel, toasted DARK. Received the mushiest bagel ever(can’t input video), the bagel looked the way bread does when it comes out of the fridge. You can tell they threw it in “warmed” it up for 5 secs and tossed it in the bag. Care more about their speed than their quality. Called back for a refund and they said i have to contact customer service. My husband called and then it was “we don’t do refunds come back for a new one tomorrow” but we know how that would go. I’m just never returning or spending another dime here

I’m sorry, but been coming to this one for about 4 days. Today different person working, and a customer had too say is anyone here! Turn’s out she was on phone and talking during taking orders! One person, taking and making orders should be looking out, in case of someone wanting too order something!
