This Dunkin location is great! The staff here is the best, they are friendly and efficient! They are always so kind and treat me like a bestie every time I pick up my on-the-go orders. Sometimes I’m in a rush on my way to work and they are always on par with my orders in a timely manner. All around great service. Would recommend to anyone! Shout out to Jessica! 🙂

Only posting because this isn’t the first time this has happened. I almost always order via the mobile app. And every single time, they don’t complete the order. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait in line to tell them what they missed?! And when I got home, they made my drink incorrectly. I asked for extra syrup and oatmilk. My drink was super bland and not creamy at all. Terrible. Don’t go to the Higgins Dunkin Donuts.

I ordered my partner and my cappuccino blasts early in the morning before work only to have our server / cashier insult us and our fellow patrons in front of our faces. This employee who took our order decided to call us all “cockroaches” and laugh about it to her fellow co-worker. This was only because all 12 of my fellow patrons of this Dunkin Donuts decided to come in and line up for coffee and morning breakfast at the same time.

I was in recently and was greeted with the best service I have received ever at this location. The gentleman’s name was Hector. He head very nice, courteous, outgoing, and made you feel like a valued customer. I don’t remember him from times before so he must be a new addition to your staff. So I will say you did a great job by hiring him because the service I received was 110% better then the previous times. I stopped going in as much due to the lack of caring, but with him there hopefully that will help turn things around and I will surely be coming back.
