We ordered a cappuccino blast from the baskin robbins side of the restaurant, from the start the staff was not friendly and did not seem to want to be there. We took the drink home and imagine my surprise when I took the first sip from my straw there was a triangular sharp white plastic piece that came through. I then strained the drink to see if there were any more pieces and we found about 6 total small shards of plastic. We did take video and photo evidence, we then took the drink back to the location with the plastic in a ziploc bag and asked for a refund or store credit. The manager refused and only offered to remake the drink. We did not want to risk getting another drink that could contain more plastic pieces. The staff were dismissive and rude and even went as far as saying that it wasnt possible because they did not have anything to match the plastic found. It was an 8$ drink and we had to drive home and back to raise the complaint, I understand that people have tried to fake this kind of thing but we had a literal video of us straining the drink and finding pieces. Bottom line is that they should be taking these concerns more seriously, what if a small child had gotten small plastic pieces in their drink or shake? This could cause serious injury if consumed. I’ve never had great service at this location but this was downright disgusting.

Can’t even put donuts in a bag properly. Coffees never right and people taking orders are impossible to understand.

Can’t understand the person taking orders. I’m sorry. Being able to speak English is kind of important when working the drive thru orders. Entire order was incorrect. Was correct on the receipt. Tried calling 5 times. No answer and voicemail is full. Poorly run business!

This is probably the 4th time i told them not to add so much milk on the shakes they make and its like they completely misunderstand every time and add so much milk. its not even funny how much milk it is! Its to the point where its a new nesquik flavor! Terrible job and for 18 dollars for two shakes everytime and getting it wrong is crazy! u guys need to do better! Its shakes not science!!

Always super stingy and/or out of the food. Today I ordered the loaded hash browns for $5. It’s missing the bacon and there’s almost no queso. I paid $5 for 9 hash browns.

Food is always messy and looks disgusting to even eat. This is how my egg, cheese, and bacon croissant looked like when I ordered it. Like what is this seriously. This makes me not wanna come here ever again I’m sorry. This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten this I was giving them some chances but now I’m done with this place.

I ordered two large raspberry lattes. I got home and opened the top because they felt light when they were handed to me. They were half empty. I also had to tell him my order again at the window. For 14 dollars for two coffees, this is a joke.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae and both times not at all good.
First time the chocolate was hardened. Second time there was
No fudge topping!!!(only around the plastic rim of the lid.
No nuts or cherry on top.
You will have to ask for that.
So i went home adding my own Hersheys syrup & walnuts.
