August 10th- we were celebrating my son birthday and ordered 9 large pizzas from Dominoes.
And all the boxes came with crumbled pizzas, we took pictures and went to the store on a Tuesday as Sunday the party was till late and then Monday we were exhausted. Thought it’s our own town’s pizza franchise could go and let them know this is what happened.
They accepted it could have happened but said it was owner’s wife delivering so they will speak to him and get back the next day.
No one returned the call so we called them and ask if we could speak to someone in authority.
And we were replied well you can call head office at dominoes, as we don’t think this is our fault and that anyone can do this on their own.
I wonder if the customer service experience can be so poor and also when someone orders 9 pizzas.
Extremely disappointing customer experience.

Store is very clean and well organized. Ordered dinner tonight, pizza was ready upon arrival (~10-12 minutes after ordering via the app) and was fresh and hot. However, I was slightly disappointed. I ordered extra pepperoni, but was rather disappointed in the amount I received. Some pieces (large pizza) only had 2-3 pepperonis. I also ordered my pizza with extra sauce, garlic and herbs and red pepper flakes. They did not put either the garlic and pepper flakes on, and i definitely did not get extra sauce. I get that these are free additions, but it’s still disappointing to not receive these. Staff are great.

Since moved to near to this location I have placed the order many times. Since they have new kids as recruit they constantly messing up pizza order.
I personally went there and talk to store manager about quality & finish pizza and he assured it will be good this time.
Pictures speak everything. Always thin from middle because they they roll pizza with so much pressure in middle and sides are just a loaf with nothing.
Waste of money, time and feedback to manager.

Ordered on the app when I left work. It’s a 15 minute drive, just as I pulled in the parking lot the pizza tracker went to READY. Perfect timing. Hot, fresh, generous toppings & friendly service. Pizza was delicious

I placed an online order at 8:05pm with a 29 minute delivery estimate. The pizza was ready at the store at 8:13pm, and the driver didn’t leave until 8:27pm. I understand that there are many deliveries leaving at one time. Delivery timing changed a few times so I called to follow up and the lady I spoke to didn’t have anything service oriented to offer other than they have others to deliver with mine which was repeating what I shared I understood would be the case but it was still very slow and inaccurate based withthe system changing a few times before arriving at 8:49pm. We order here somewhat often and have always had a better experience. The pizza was fresh and tasty thankfully despite the delivery inaccuracy.

Love this place! Good pizza and great customer service! But they do have an employee there who drives a white hyundai sedan that speeds and drives crazy in the parking lot! Just be aware when you attend she almost hit us!

My husband went to this location and ordered in store a medium pizza and 16 wings (8bbq and 8 honey garlic) First they give my husbands pizza away to someone else, then they give us wings that are supposed to be honey garlic and definitely are not. What a waste of time and money. Do not go to this location.
