If I could leave zero stars I would. This is such a great location but the service is THE worst. They are absolutely lost here and so unorganized. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but they disappoint each time. Every time I come here they are so slow. I waited 20 min one time and they still managed to get my order wrong. They told me to go to the second window for my order and they forgot about me. Every time I order my food they mess it up. There is like 10 people working in the kitchen and they look lost and confused. The owner needs to give better training. It’s a shame this place is a good location but they are horrible. Zero stars for everything.

Waited in the mobile order line. Only one in that line while they where taking the orders of people who just got there. Lady at the window gave me aditude ♀️ Even after I explained the situation she gave me additude. Girly, after 3 cars getting their long orders and you haven’t acknowledged me- respectfully no. I have places to be that’s why I made a MOBILE ORDER. First time it ever did that, so I assumed it was their speaker issue but they should definitely train their staff better. Not to mention my food was cold as well. ♀️

Not only was this the slowest dunking experience I have had, my order was completely wrong and stuff in my drink that seems like fruit flies. Even though this is the “new Dunkin” their training seems to be obsolete when compared to stores that are nearby. I will not be coming back or recommending it to anyone who wants to try.

I came to this location because I was so sick and tired of the Antioch location. I wasn’t really wanting to give it a second chance or a third or fourth after being messed over so many times at other locations but after going inside of the Lake Villa one I realize that this must be from another planet. This one was the cleanest Duncan I’ve ever seen, and I was greeted with tons of smiling faces, as if they were all waiting for me specifically to get there there was one young girl specifically I think her name was Mya or mia I’m not sure one of the two but she was so helpful and so kind and for these kids to be in such a good mood early in the morning just means they must also have a great boss and working atmosphere. I will be going back to this one over and over again, even though it’s a little bit out of my way.

Ordered 1 med coffee, omelet bites, and a bottled water. There was no cars behind me as I pulled up to the first window. I paid, and was handed the water and the food. One car pulled behind me so I was asked to move forward and he would hand me my coffee at the second widow. I then proceeded to watch at least 5 customers who came after me get handed food and coffee and pass me right by. The guy who served me originally sticking his head out the window looking in my direction, I’m confident he saw me waiting more than once. It wasn’t until I honked my horn did someone else come to the window and ask me what I was waiting for. Terrible customer service. I mean just the basic don’t get met here.

Waited over 10 minutes never took my order. There was only one person working during lunch. Which is not a very good way to run a restaurant. This has happened more then once.

First time at this new location. Customer service was just not there. Person taking order at drive-thru made sure not to waste their energy on speaking. Person handing off food at window was the same (maybe same person). Where is the politeness? Why open a business is your staff sucks at interacting with customers?! My croissant sandwich sucked too. Over toasted, cheese didn’t melt.

There was maybe three people in the drive thru took a good 5-10 minutes just to get my card swiped. When the worker finally stopped talking to their friend he tried charged my card and gave me the wrong order.I automatically said wrong order he looked dumfounded i told him what i got he grabbed it stared at the screen didnt refund no receipt (interesting to not show i was overcharged)handed me my stuff and overcharged me. Mind you the person infront of me still hasnt gotten their order and im in the first window where you pay only. Also they made my drink wrong in the first place i was just over it and left.
