Checked location hours online and it said it was open till 6pm. Placed a pick up order at 5:30 and it went through. Got there at 5:38pm and it was closed already. If you advertise you are open till a certain time you should be open till that time. If you close early then turn off order pick up.

I ordered the new Sabrina Carpenter strawberry daydream refresher, and two coffee rolls. I made myself very clear and repeated the order. When my order came out, I didn’t get either of what I ordered, instead I got a large dragon, fruit refresher, and two apple fritters. NOT WHAT I ORDERED!! Terrible service and they don’t listen to you, if you were to go to a Dunkin’ Donuts, don’t waste your time here, go to the one in Lake Bluff by Jimmy John’s! They actually listen!

Let me tell you this has been the absolute best experience at a dunkin I have ever had… the young man and woman were literally the encounter I needed.. made me laugh and smile were exceptionally kind to me even though I have never been here I felt like I had been coming here forever… 1000000 out of 10 if I could give more stars I would!!!! It’s a breath of fresh air seeing the kindness they showed!!!!

Dunkin’ always delivers a quick and convenient coffee run. Iced coffee is consistently good, and donuts are fresh. Drive-thru lines can get long, but service is usually speedy. Prices are reasonable. A reliable spot for a morning pick-me-up. ☕️
