I ordered the hot chocolate. When I opened the lid it was just water and all the powder was solid on the bottom and I had to stir it myself. I called to ask about it and they said the machine was broken. If the machine was broken then you shouldn’t have served it, you should’ve told me so I wouldn’t have to order it. I know it’s not the staff and server’s fault but it’s the managements fault for not repairing it and now the young workers have to face the customers and they get blamed for it.

Terrible service, they never have any donuts. Pretty much all the Dunkin’ Donuts are like this. But this one is terrible. Donuts are old and crusty. Never fresh. The people working there are nasty.

I just left here—ordering and service was quick and fine, but I’m so mad—my pumpkin muffin has no streusel or frosting on it!!! Disgusting!! Also, my iced pumpkin latte had no whipped cream. Do they just not use toppings here? I don’t understand how some Dunkin’s just do what they want—aren’t they all supposed to be uniform? Of course I tried calling and it’s an 800 number that’s automated.

Went to this location, asked for an almond spice. The worker said ‘Pumpkin spice’. I didnt care enough to correct her so I just said sure. I like Pumpkin Spices anyways. She asks if I want cream and sugar, which I thought were just included. Odd, but whatever. I pull up to the window, and it’s just the plain drink. When I ask for whipped cream, the worker rolls their eyes and goes to add whipped cream, tacking on $0.35.
Im modifying this drink at home. It wasnt stirred at all and its missing the carmel on top, but the workers standoffishness made me just want to leave. So leave I will, since you guys dont want to fix a drink for the ONLY person in the drive thru line on a Wednesday morning.

Been here 4 times on my way to clinicals and have been let down all 4 times!
I get a coffee and a avacado toast with bacon (or so I thought). 5 bucks for some room temp toast and a half of a crushed peice of bacon.
Ha the WORST dunkalatte I’ve ever had yesterday and today I ordered a large Mint chocolate chip frozen coffee… the woman working was FAR TO BUSY talking on the phone to be bothered with getting my order right. Not to mention the SLOWEST dunking I have ever been to each time! Glad I won’t have to come back this way again. Do better! Its too early to be messing people’s morning up before they even start. Hope you had a nice chat with your friend while at WORK!

Went inside because we were not familiar with menu. That was a mistake. Stood in the empty front counter waiting for service. While 3 employees worked the drive thru. So we decided to use the kiosk of which I order a wrap with no cheese and other items. Paid with no way to get receipt.
Then waited and watched a car that pulled up at the end of the long line for the drive thru. Waited and watched patron come in complaining about waiting for drinks and had to tell employee where his drinks were.
Saw car from end of line get their items and leave.
Finally received our items and left to get cheese on my item of which I cannot eat because I’ll get sick.
The atmosphere seemed pretty tense and a new employee asking questions and justifying to a lady why he was asking questions which were very valid. I felt so bad for him.
