SUPPER BAD EXPERIENCE it was horrible the staff were really rude to me.
I walked in and ordered a half a dozen donut box when I came back home, I found a bitten off NAIL in my donut box, when I went back to the establishment to tell them about the issue they where extremely rude to me insinuating that I was the one who had planted that nail in the box. I HAVE ACRYLIC NAILS ONN! how could it have been me!?
, saying how I had taken more than half an hour to come back, no duh I got there by feet , what do they want me to do run!? he kept on arguing with me, saying I should of checked the donut box before leaving
the establishment, WHO checks their donut box right before leaving? I was confident that they were clean and I wouldn’t find anything like this! They called their manager and I got my refund but why should I be arguing about this, why was that NAIL there, and why did the worker keep arguing!?

I went this morning for my usual and I forgot to order my drink when I got to the window I told the guy and he said I would have to go back around. There was only 1 person behind me. That’s ridiculous that I would have to go all the way around to add something to my order. I could understand if there were a line but one car. I canceled my order and left. The guy was super rude! I will never go back there again

Ordered in app for a milkshake and shows the ice cream flavor. There’s obviously wait time as the app has you book ahead even if you are close or in the parking lot. First worker of an elderly Indian woman comes to the window and says we don’t have that flavor, I ask why is it in the app then. She literally walks away and gestures for the younger girl to come to me. This is not the first time that I have ordered even just chocolate and the store does not have. Especially being a mobile order there is the contact information that way if you cannot fulfill an order or issues then you contact the customer. You don’t wait for them to arrive and then have a back line of people in the Drive-Thru. The drive-thru setup is absolutely hazardous. Not only while coming up to the window you can see people have hit the building or the curb let alone the people entering from the road cannot see people exiting the drive-thru. Some mirror needs to be set up so people can see if cars are coming. I would be shocked when opening up a franchise there is not some sort of set standard of how to make things. The shakes are often more milk than ice cream and liquid then thick. The cappuccinos and alike are usually burnt tasting with not enough coffee milk added.

Normally I don’t leave bad reviews, but the customer service at this location is terrible. This is my 2nd bad experience and I will not be coming back to this location. The young male attending the drive through today received me with an apathetic face. He then proceeds to tell me that my form of payment is not acceptable, as he cannot accept a $50 dollar bill. Even though my purchase was not a minimal purchase. It was about $20+. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any other form of payment with me at the time. I expressed my concerns to him, his response was: “Oh too bad, I can’t help you there” Then proceeds to toss my drink and food aside. How disappointing. I would have been willing to exchange my $50 bill at the gas station next door in order to get my food, if the young male would have offered a more constructive solution. I hate for food to go to waste after having the staff members prepare it for me. Clearly, he was not interested. I went to 7 Eleven next door to get a decent cup of coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches. It cost me less than half ($12) with no problems at all with my $50 form of payment.

It used to be my favorite place… I used to get smiles and some of the workers knew my orders and would be so polite. Now… some employees ACT like they hate to be here, the food comes out wrong because they aren’t making it for us, they’re making it to finish a task… the music is ridiculously loud – today for the second day in a row, the gentleman that works here most days is noticeably MISERABLE, and gave me a TERRIBLE attitude for no reason about a very simple situation that I had no issue with. If I could give the service less than 1 star I would.
I would never complain about anything, but this was so unacceptable and unkind. Honestly, in a world so complicated, it’s free to be NICE AND DECENT….

I had a disappointing experience at Dunkin. The drink I ordered was made with stale skim milk, resulting in an overly foamy texture and a foul taste. I shared it with a colleague and we both agreed one of the ingredients was off, forcing me to throw it out. Additionally, the staff member who took my order was rude. When I requested less ice, he curtly responded that he wouldn’t fill the cup all the way if I wanted less ice. Overall, a pathetic experience that left me dissatisfied.

Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars.
My wife grabbed the empty napkin holder and placed it on the counter and was asking one of the employees if she could fill it, and the girl behind the register spoke up over my wife and said “no, she’s busy right now.” My wife said “I was just trying to help,” to which the girl replied “ask me for more napkins.” Her tone was condescending and disrespectful. As we were walking out, she and another employee were laughing.
We just found out why this store has a 2.9 rating. We will never go to this Dunkin’ again.

I picked my 5yo son up from school and we wanted some ice cream. Ok, well I wanted some ice cream and he didn’t object. So, I told him we’re going to a cool ice cream place with real ice cream and a bunch of different flavor. He seems excited – me more so. We arrive and the location looks nice and new. Walk inside and my son says “fancy”, because it’s a pretty new location and it’s nice inside. They even have their own little mini conference room for business meetings. 3 employees at the time and when I ordered my son’s vanilla shake there seemed to be some sort of inside joke going on between the employees. Was it about me? My son? The prospects of another dimension accessible through a space time work hole? Idk, but it made me feel kinda uneasy. I then ordered my mint chocolate chip shake and the same snickering again. Hmmmmmm… not sure what to make of it. The shakes seemed pretty pricey but it is real ice cream and I think Oberweis down the street is pretty similar. So, 3stars overall, but maybe they just aren’t used to in-person customers yet? Idk. Maybe next time things will be better…
