The Truth
I have had multiple bad experiences with Dunkin’ Donuts, and the Maple Grove location just added fuel to the fire. This time, I ordered a large latte with light ice. What I received was a cup packed completely to the top with ice, the exact opposite of what was requested. I took three drinks and the cup was already empty. Three. Drinks.
That is not an accident. That is not a training issue. That is a scam.
At another Dunkin’ location, an employee previously told me that the liquid volume is the same regardless of cup size and that ice is used to make the drink appear full. If that is company practice, then customers are being deliberately misled into believing they are getting more product when they are not. Maple Grove just proved that point by stuffing the cup with ice despite a clear light ice request.
You cannot charge premium prices while delivering ice instead of product. Customers are paying for coffee, not frozen air.
At this point, this feels systematic. Either Dunkin’ has a serious operational integrity problem, or franchise locations are knowingly shorting customers. Neither option is acceptable.
I am documenting these incidents and will be escalating this beyond store level. Consumers deserve transparency, consistency, and honesty. Right now, Dunkin’ is delivering none of the above.
Fix the process. Fix the training. Or be prepared to answer why this keeps happening.

Me and my coworker have been ordering from here for a few weeks now and as of recently we’ve been receiving drinks that have been made incorrectly and super milky. Definitely not what I was looking forward to when ordering this new drink.i was practically drinking straight up milk.

I ordered on 02/05/26 months app and went through the drive through. I didn’t receive my half dozen donuts and did not notice until after I left. I don’t live anywhere this location so it’s a pain just to go back. I have tried multiple times to call to ask for a refund and no one answers the phone. I don’t know how else to reach out. It’s $8.00 so not the biggest deal but still disappointing.

Not much to say about the food itself since either you know and love Dunkin or you don’t. It’s the same consistency as every other Dunkin location but this location is off the main road with very little signage to the entrance. Other than that, it Dunkin’ Donuts!

We ordered on the app and sat in the lobby for about 15mins and decided to get up to see where our order was. We saw what looked to be ours behind the counter just sitting there. When we asked the kid at the counter we asked how long our order was sitting there and why they didn’t place it where people can see it. He rudely responded. I don’t know your name. All he had to do is call the name or ask us because we were the only people sitting in the lobby. Very unprofessional and rude.

I don’t hit Dunkin’ very often, but will come back to this one. The specialty coffee drinks are a little too sweet for me but still tasty. The staff at this location were friendly and efficient. Parking was easy.

This place is ADDICTING. Good thing they are open 7 days a week. I usually go to HYVEE for doughnuts but as of lately I go to Dunkin’ for the convenience of the drive thru. I love all the breakfast food here but most of all doughnuts. Glazed, blueberry glazed & apple fritters are the BEST.

Only the drive-tru is open. Long line and half of the time they messed up my orders. They never have every donuts in stock, even at 9 AM in the morning. I ordered a small drink and what I got was extra small. You’re better off going to another location.

3/22/21 update – this place is so dumb. The staff really don’t care. And hey… Maybe have donuts made here? Customer service is completely lacking… Must be the same people who own the Dominoes in Crystal.
