Apparently this Dunkin doesn’t follow corporate decisions. Dunkin corporate posted that you can get a free coffee mitten with purchase of an iced drink at 10am EST (9am CST). We went at 9am CST and they refused to honor the giveaway despite us showing the post that said it was for 10 EST. They said they’re not doing it until 10 CST regardless. We wouldn’t have gotten coffee yet if we had realized that they weren’t going to follow the guidelines.
Coffee is almost always good, so 1 star for the terrible service, but an extra star for good coffee.

Today I walked into my Mom’s favorite donut and coffee place, after losing her. There was the sweetest gal who helped us. She saw my sadness and was so kind and pleasant. This was a very clean site, staff was beyond kind .

I normally don’t like leaving reviews like this, but when the staff doesn’t represent the company well, it needs to be addressed. My wife placed a mobile order for two turkey sausage, egg, and cheese croissants with hash browns and a coffee. When I arrived, the place was chaotic. One customer was upset about a long wait, and another was frustrated because his drink hadn’t been made yet, so his food was getting cold.
When I went to the mobile order counter and asked about my order, two of the five employees working seemed completely lost. Eventually, one of them asked a woman who turned out to be the manager for help. I gave her my wife’s name, and she handed me a bag before walking off to help with other orders.
After leaving, I realized the coffee was missing. I drove back, and when I got to the counter, I had to speak with three different people before finally getting directed to the same person who I found out was the manager. I politely explained that since the mistake was on their end, it would be fair to remake the food because by the time they got around to fixing the coffee, the rest would be cold.
Instead of owning up to it, she insisted that she told me to wait for the coffee when I left, which wasn’t true. She handed me the bag and walked away. To make matters worse, one of her own employees told me the cup sitting on the counter was the coffee we had ordered. So how could she have told me to wait for something that was already there on my first visit?
She reluctantly remade the food, and when she handed it to me, I thanked her, but she just turned and walked off. Mistakes happen, but the right thing to do is acknowledge them and make it right. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here.

They don’t update their app to show current inventory and won’t refund you when they can’t make it. Super rude about it and then they shoved my breakfast sandwiches into the smallest bag the have and let it get smushed go to any other location nearby then here

We got 2 large ice coffees that were terrible. $13.20 for burnt flavored un drinkable coffee. We go to Dunkin in Hastings and never had a problem.

I always try to give a business a few shots before I write a review. I am glad I did for this location. At times they are very busy and understaffed, and at other times I feel like they have plenty of staff and are less busy. Regardless, the quality of my drinks and coffee has always been what I have expected. The staff is usually in good spirits. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt when they are busy as I have seen people be rude and them handle it in a calm manner. If you enjoy sugary coffee and donuts like myself then its worth your while. Its a fast food coffee and donut place, some people act like they expect a Michelin star experience, lower those standards a little and enjoy your sugar rush!

We have tried this Dunkin’ a few times and each time we are left disappointed. From dry donuts, to missing slices of bread on sandwiches, to poor customer service, it is an all-around disappointing Dunkin’. This last visit we ordered two sourdough breakfast sandwiches and donuts. Upon arriving home we found one sandwich never received its top piece of bread, the cheese was ever so slightly melted, and the eggs were cold (like they had only been warmed up about ¼ of the time they actually needed). The customer service seemed obsolete. Having gone through the drive thru I witnessed 6 employees inside as we waited for our items, of those 6 employees only 2 of them appeared to be doing the work…all of the work, as the other 4 employees stood around talking and having to be asked to move so that the working employees to do their jobs (everyone’s jobs!).

The workers seems very distracted and can be somewhat rude. Took a long time for 2 donuts and 1 drink. The drink was filled with ice all the way to the top so very little of my actual drink in it and I live not even 2 minutes away and finished the drink before I even got home

Currently at the drive through window, waiting for the most simple order. A donut and hash browns. Took the girl working there like 15 minutes just to get this to me. And I heard her screaming and singing even though the window was closed.

The service here was good, they were very attentive and seemed like everyone enjoyed their job lol.
