I have come here before and coffee was fine. But today the drinks were terrible and the cold foam tasted expired and didn’t look at all how it should at all. Thought they put whipped cream on it but no it was just weirdly chunky cold foam. the macchiato was literally just milk, like almost not espresso taste at all.

Staff was very kind and made sure my experience was great. The ambiance is very modern and beautiful. The food is fine, it’s Dunkin donuts after all. But as far as DD goes, I would say this is one of the best.

I’ve been a regular at this coffee shop, using it as a refreshing place to get tasks done online. The space is nice and visually appealing, but there are recurring issues that make it less enjoyable. One of the main problems is their refusal to pull down the shades, even when sunlight is blindingly hitting the tables. Despite the shades being installed, I’ve been told several times that the owner doesn’t like them pulled down. I guess the sun-glared tables are part of the “experience.”

On top of that, the bartenders sometimes aren’t honest about drink orders. For example, when I asked for steamed milk with my coffee, I saw them add regular cold milk instead. While I didn’t make a fuss about it, it left me questioning the attention to detail here.

It feels a bit disrespectful when customers are paying for their experience, yet their simple requests are denied in favor of the owner’s preferences. After all, this isn’t the owner’s private living room. The shop should be prioritizing customer comfort over anything else.

My suggestion to the owner: Understanding that customers drive the business and balancing personal preferences with their needs is crucial for long-term success.

For others like me who enjoy working at coffee shops, I’d recommend heading to Caribou Coffee or Starbucks less than half a mile away. They offer great service, and you can get a spot without having to worry about the shades staying up just to keep the owner happy.

Even if I only spend $10 per visit, three days a week, that’s about 12 days and $120 a month. But hey, if keeping the shades up is more important than keeping customers like me comfortable, I guess the owner won’t have to worry about it anymore—I’ll gladly keep my money and my shade requests elsewhere.

I ordered a peppermint mocha and they made the wrong drink first then made a cold peppermint mocha when I wanted a hot one that is shown on their menu board. Donuts are pretty dry and don’t taste good (not unique to this location – just in general). Restrooms were locked and needed a code.

Update: I USED to come here a lot and today I come and think “should I order a cold foam?” Because 9 out of 10 times they dont even read the screen and completely forgot to put it on even though the customer is charged for it… I really wanted some today (2/6/24 1:35pm mobile walk in order) so I ordered and payed for it and of course the lady tried to hand me my drink without any cold foam. ‍♀️ I told her and POINTED to the label on the cup that clearly said cold foam. These people aren’t even reading what is on your cup for your drink!! What if people have allergies?? I see problems for Dunkin coming their way. So she put the thinnest layer of cold foam on and NO apology even! I asked her if I can get more cold foam put on because hell I’m paying for it and she looked annoyed and almost walked away like she was going to ignore me. Then instead of (she should of made the drink correctly in the first place and not filled it up so high with liquid) and leaving no room for the cold foam, she didn’t dump some out, she just tried to put more on top but then proceeded to put the lid on and the “extra” cold foam came out and just spilled over the lid and she wiped it off…so she didn’t change anything for me, there’s just still a thin later of cold foam (pictured at bottom) I couldn’t believe she couldn’t figure it especially when Im being proactive and trying to help her fix her mistake so I can enjoy my beverage maybe.. I just walked away annoyed. The thought process behind her trying to make a drink just baffles me! It realky doesn’t make me want to come here or ever order the upcharge of cold foam ever again at any Dunkin location-I officially give up on it. Get your cold foam at Starbucks people I guess.

I normally have a good experience at this place and they make my coffee well. But today was awful, my coffee didn’t even look like it had any milk in it. I got the same coffee the day before and it looked nothing like this. It tasted old, and like chemicals.

I purchased a *toasted everything bagel with plain cream cheese plus half dozen doughnuts. This is the 3rd time I’ve asked for a toasted bagel and it comes back not toasted. I understand if it’s forgot once or even twice due to a busy morning rush because it does take longer. This now seems intentional that they skip this part to push product out faster.
My cream cheese was only put on one half as well but that’s not really a big issue.

The drive-through rushed me to order my food to get a half full Cappuccino $5, and the food was not warm at all. I’m so disappointed this morning. What a waste of money $15. I will not be back.
