I find it extremely annoying that EVERY SINGLE TIME I order back. Avocado toast I have to check my toast for Bacon. It’s missing EVERY SINGLE TIME. For what this place costs you would think they would hire people who could read a damn receipt. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

I don’t normally come here as I don’t like donuts or coffee. But I decided to get some treats for my coworkers. I got a box of donuts, drink, and breakfast sandwich. They forgot to put my sandwich in the bag, but the manager made sure to make it right! And I will come back because of how she took care of the issue. Good customer service is hard to find and she went above to make sure I had breakfast.

I don’t know about in person but I have gotten every single DoorDash order with this place wrong same problems every time The snackin bacon You are supposed to get 8 half strips in the package I’ve never gotten more than 4 and in 4 other orders I not only got only 4 strips but it was just plain undercooked bacon!! I’ve ordered about 8-10 times and it’s never been correct!! I don’t know if they are trying to save money by giving you half of the amount or what is going on but considering it’s one of my favorite things this is getting to be ridiculous!! Obviously complaining to DoorDash does nothing so maybe the establishment will read this and get it correct! The pics are just todays screw up!!

They keep not filling the cup but they sure charge like they do. This was the medium, the small was half full. Ridiculous. I will no longer go to this Dunkin’. It’s been the worst so far. Like fill the cup up.
Edit: Two+ years later I am again frusterated, I love to go to dunkin and take my kinds once and a while however when I constantly receive the wrong item, even when I ask ” do you have this” they respond yes and give you flavors, I asked again “what where the flavors for dunkin energy” because it was way different then the other store I go to, she again said the two flavors, I picked one. I had a free reward for it, they tried to scan and it didnt work, I ordered a “dunking energy”, however what I received was some sugary eneergy drink sugar syrup sparkling water mix. Not what I asked for or wanted. And no time to make the correction. Very disappointed and turned off from the establishment in fond du lac.
