Place was a mess. Under staffed – possibly a bad day – one person running drive thru, another wondering about – kiosk blocked by a group doing who knows what – would have been forgiven and given a chance if at least one person acknowledged my existence. No acknowledgment of us standing waiting to order. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to turn around and continue to ignore us. After finally getting our order rudely taken, the avocado toast I ordered was up in 30 seconds. It was avocado bread, not toasted and was awful. The coffee is average. Don’t waste your time going here unless you want to be treated like you don’t exist.

I came in wanting some caffeine. I ordered the Arctic Cherry Dunkin’ energy. For some reason, that specific flavor comes with sparkling water instead of Rockstar energy. This makes no sense and it should not be called Dunkin’ energy. Thankfully, the staff were more than friendly and accommodated me, even though they gave me what I asked for! They allowed me to change my order and I got a different drink with caffeine in it! The staff were 10 out of 10 and the restaurant looked spotless, but the menu was confusing.

Went inside and ordered my food on 12/20 order 3377. They forgot my 20 piece munchkin and my raspberry croissant. I paid cash and didn’t use rewards and they didn’t offer me a receipt so I got robbed.
