me and my friends were stopping at this dunkin while driving to get some food and drinks. usually we love dunkin, although our experience was extremely disappointing. tried to order a small matcha latte- they made a regular latte. it wouldn’t have been a big deal if they had just remade it regularly. but, to our surprise, we were greeted with unwelcoming, utterly rude responses. the worker’s attitudes were purely nasty and they told us contradicting solutions- saying we could keep the accident latte then asking to take it back. after we pulled around to wait for the correct drink, they brought out a drink that was incorrect (again) and the cup was full of all ice. two sips worth of matcha for $5. attached are pictures of said drink. extremely disappointed with the service we received… we all have rough days but this was unacceptable. will never come here again.

Staff were rude and snippy from the start. Also, I got an iced matcha and it was almost completely ice and there was barely any liquid. When we asked about the drink, they told us to “just wait for the ice to melt”. My drink was finished in two sips and it was gross and over concentrated. Considering the cost to upgrade to oatmilk, this seems unacceptable to me. On top of that employees were rude.

Customer service sucks. I decided to go inside to order and no one ever greeted me and I ended up leaving without ever being waited on. There were only two cars in the drive up and no one else inside. So no breakfast today and one very disappointed customer.

Horrible service. I understand being short staffed. When I got to the drive through, there was one other car. No other cars were in the parking lot. We had to wait about 10 minutes to place our order, then had to park and wait for our items, which were 2 frappes. The excuse was, they were short staffed and had customers inside! It must have been a huge bus drop off or a whole mess of people that had walked there because, like I mentioned, there were no other cars in the parking lot, aside from probable employee parking (2 Parked along the very end of the lot). Horrible horrible service

This might be the fastest drive thru I’ve ever been to. The line of cars in the morning can be startling but they take your order and prepare your order so fast. The line is always moving. The coffee drinks are pretty great too.
