I have been to this Dunkin a couple times and I always get treated very well. Skylar is always polite and makes me laugh in a professional manner. He and all of the staff make exceptional drinks are food and are very fast and efficient. Plz give this Dunkin a try and you won’t retreat it. Ps. I walk in to this Dunkin, and am standing at the counter for a minute or so, no big deal. But when the employee sees me she rolled her eyes, and helped me as if I was an inconvenience to her job. Whilst waiting for me beverage, which took 10 minutes, I was looking around the store, and this is the nastiest place I’ve been too. Garbage all along the floors, the counters had crumbs and other stuff all over them too. I would understand seeing that if they had been busy, but they were extremely slow. I get my drink, pick it up, and the employee did not put the lid on correctly, and so the drink spilled all over me toes.. I would not recommend coming to this Dunkin to anyone, and if you do, I wish you luck.

How the hell was this $3.89? I called yes it was correct 9 hashbrowns. Don’t order this. The proportion for price wasn’t right. Service was great. Food tasted good.

HEALTH DEPARTMENT? We walked in today to see a red haired guy walking to put donuts up while eating a sandwich. We watched him put his fingers in his mouth while eating the last of it right behind the registers. If that wasn’t bad enough of a violation, we moved further along to see a female wearing her gloves squatting on the floor in front of their cooking area eating a sandwich. After finishing it she removed her gloves and then proceeded to wipe her mouth with her hands before getting right back to work. Neither kids washed their hands before getting back to making orders. WHERE ARE THE ADULTS AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT? There were at least 6 kids that we saw, and not once did we see an adult to make sure things like this aren’t happening by enforcing rules and policies. I wouldn’t order food from here.

staff is always polite when I come through, but that’s really all this store has going for it. when i order food (with the exception of the donuts!) it’s usually cold or poorly thrown together. and 75% of the time my drink order is made wrong. not sure if they just don’t care at this location or if they just need better training

My partner and I stopped by this location on a roadtrip and it just so happened to be my birthday. When I told this to Jay the cashier, they immediately offered a free drink AND a dozen donuts for free as well. They were so kind and lovely as was the rest of the team. Thank you, Jay for making this an even more special day!

It was really fast but the front counter girl looked cranky and didn’t say anything when I walked in. My chi tea was good, but my crazy Carmel drink didn’t have and Carmel in it or on top and my iced coffee tasted off.
