Shut this place down the people do not care line or no line you can bet your sweet as they will serve up disappointment. Can’t even call to speak with anyone goes str8 to voicemail. Ask for extra almond milk they literally will not put it in I don’t know why I try . Look to see if they possibly Mia heard me they didn’t even put a sticker on to show what they put in . Throw the whole store away

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to! Every single time I’ve been here something is wrong with the order…and it’s not even special order! Ask for custard filled? Get frosting filled! Ask for hot coffee? Get iced! Ask for strawberry frosted? Get vanilla! I’ve called and get “I’m so sorry about that.” No offer to replace next time, no plan for improvement, no anything. So done wasting my money on a family treat where someone is left upset

I’m not one to complain cuz the evening staff at this store have been good to me, but this was unfair. I got my iced coffee at 9 AM and to my surprise it was super messed up. Not only was my coffee not even full when I got it, I found a metallic shard in my drink. This is dangerous to people’s health. As a former barista, I would not serve a drink like this to anyone because it’s just straight up dangerous and rude. Please inspect your urns, brewing station, etc. P.S. Props to evening staff for being super friendly and never messing up my drinks.

Asked for two hot coffees: one medium w cream & Splenda and one small with only Splenda. They got the order wrong twice. Didn’t bother going the third time. Also, coffee was also served cold the first time around. Kindly employ people who know how to take orders accurately.
