Nothing posted on the menu was available for drinks aside from 4 flavors, employees are extremely rude, and our order was done wrong multiple times. Was hoping this location would have changed and stopped there because it was on the way to where we were going and didnt want to drive to the other side of town. But seeing this location has NOT changed over the years, I will absolutely take myself and my family out of the way for better service.

I usually go to Starbucks and this place proved my point. The lady who took my order was very blunt when I ordered my drink with a meal. She answered they couldn’t substitute my coffee for a chai latte, so I ordered it with a coffee like the menu said. When I pulled around she handed me and iced coffee, as I continued to wait for my food she said are you waiting for something. I said I ordered a meal she rudely responded let me see the drink and snatched it from my hand. The drink had no order slip like it usually should have, and she said I told you it wasn’t a part of the meal. And when I told her I changed it like she said she said I only charged for the drink and not the meal and gave me the drink back and closed the window. They do not know how to treat their customers.

Within the last 5 days twice in a row, I got the breakfast sandwich with sourdough bread and put sausage as my meat option as you can choose between bacon or sausage. Both times I’ve received my sandwich they have had bacon on them when on my receipt it says sausage. The location was not busy either times so I’m not understanding how they make sandwich incorrectly both times when on my order ticket it clearly states sausage. I never had issues before with this location and it sucks to not get what I paid for.

Ordered a bacon, egg & cheese croissant with hash browns. The croissant was so dry & burnt it literally broke into crumbs & my 5 measley little hash browns were burnt & rubbery from being microwaved. And yes, 5 of them is all you get. I thought maybe the rest spilled in the bag, nope. Just 5 nasty, rubbery, burnt little hash browns that I didn’t eat. Absolutely disgusting. What a waste. I won’t be back.

My food was great But – I don’t like that I ordered Extra bacon on my bacon sourdough sandwich and there are literally 3 pieces of bacon on here total. In what world is that extra ? I know I didn’t pay extra for one additional piece of Bacon so where is my Bacon ? The sandwich is boring and unfulfilling when it’s just a giant egg and barely any protein. The store looks new, and is very clean. The food always tastes very good, and the donuts are always fresh. The only downside is that customer service is pretty slow. It takes a while to get service when you go inside, and once you get an employee to notice you, it takes even longer to get your order.
Update: This store has definitely changed for the worse. They are always out of cold brew, we’re once out of cream for coffee-at 9am- can’t afford to fix their ovens or don’t care, and can’t get simple orders right. When brought up excuses are given like “I just started my shift”. I don’t want to hear a lame excuse, a simple “I’m sorry about that” would suffice.

Staff was friendly but didn’t bag orders well. Ordered a Denver scrambler, which tasted great but the put the box in the bag on its end which caused all the toppings to slide off. If it’s in a box, put it in the bag flat.
