Glazed Blueberry Donut: Knowing my personal preferences, this doughnut looks terrible on paper. I’m not big of fruity desserts, it’s a cake doughnut (I prefer yeast), and it’s from Dunkin’(DD). Overall, DD has been more miss than hit for me. What’s worse is with DD being as numerous as they are in my area, they are often the only type of doughnuts brought to work meetings and social events. It got to the point that I no longer even cared for doughnuts as a dessert because I thought all doughnuts tasted as bad as DD. When a sole Krispy Kreme opened in my state (along with numerous “craft doughnut” shops) I realized doughnuts could actually taste good. In recent years I have managed to discover a minuscule variety of acceptable flavors from DD. The Glazed Blueberry Donut is one of those flavors as it continues to defy my expectations. It’s even better than a blueberry muffin. Sweeter, thanks to the glaze, but not overly so. For DD it tastes relatively fresh and has a thick and chewy texture. This will divide some, but the blueberry flavor is pleasantly artificial, which is how I like it. I’m still feeling a bit nonplussed, but this doughnut from Dunkin’ is Doughboy approved

I was really disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered a large latte, but the employee gave me a medium instead. When I politely pointed it out, instead of remaking the drink, she just poured the same drink into a large cup and added more ice. So basically I paid for a large and ended up with a watered-down latte. She didn’t bother to make a new one or fix it properly. Very unprofessional and it feels like they don’t care about their customers or the quality of what they serve.

CLOSE it down and put in a Starbucks. They will get your order wrong and blame it on you for using the mobile app. She actually accused me of rushing them when all I did was order and get in line. They also try to fix the disgusting drinks by adding ice and giving the same one back to you. I ended up getting very sick due to the sweetener, which interacted with my cancer meds. The owner must be really cheap because they will not give you the right drink or your money back. You are better off going to the one in Cudahy.

Bought a Dunkin cup for$20 realized it had a crack in the lid returned it with nothing but disrespect from the owner. Gave us a new one and thought nothing of it. Figured it was just a icolateted incident. 2nd cup had a huge molding injection crack. Brought back 5 hours later. Owner would not replace. Completely disrespectful and no business sense! Told him too keep the cup!

Update 3/21/25 – after frequenting this Dunkin for over a year now, I have not experienced any more out of stock items since I wrote my review originally. My orders are always correct, quick, and the staff has always been friendly.

This is the worst Dunkin to go to. Workers are rude, they’re always missing something from my order or refusing to remake when something is done incorrectly. Ran by a bunch of rude people who should mot work in customer service.

I placed a mobile order today for 3 chocolate glazed donuts. After receiving my order and pulling off, I realized they gave my daughter the wrong flavor. I circle back around and let the employee know who was more than happy to switch it out, however the issue came when he asked if we touched the donuts. This left me feeling like he was going to reuse the donuts. I told him my daughter bit off one and handed the bag back. I REALLY hope those donuts aren’t reused.
