The service is not great. I had to wait 4 minutes after my friend ordered food, then we had to wait another 10-15 minutes before we got our drinks. Not to mention my drink is completely filled with ice and almost gone after 3 sips. After my friend went up there to ask for my sandwich turns out they weren’t even making it. Their service is terrible and the employees aren’t nice, asking for a sandwich and an employee got an attitude about it. I paid $7 for a sandwich I wouldn’t have gotten if my friend didn’t go up to ask about it. I am definitely not coming back.

I’m not one to leave a bad review on a place but the service here was honestly terrible. As someone who’s worked in a coffee shop before, I was genuinely shocked by the customer service here. We ordered our food on the kiosk and we got two sandwiches on a croissant. Instead of politely letting us know that they were out of croissants, the worker literally yelled at us like it was our fault that they didn’t have any and seemed so annoyed that she had to even ask us what else we would want the sandwich on. I understand that workers can have hard and stressful days but after reading the other reviews, it seems like this is a common occurrence. If you can’t handle talking to people nicely over something so simple I don’t think a customer service job is for you.

I have been to a few Dunkins now, and usually they’re hit or miss. But this one was great ❤️
It was a great experience compared to the last one I went to. My daughter and I decided to stop in because it didn’t look too busy when we passed.
We came a little later in the morning, but the donuts were still fresh and delicious. I attached a picture of my daughter inhaling one of them.
We were helped by somebody who had a state named like Arizona or Dakota or something. She was so nice. My daughter is pretty shy and she was so friendly to her. It was appreciated.
It was immaculate there. So we decided to hang around and eat our donuts inside.
My wife got a decaf shaken espresso which she said was fantastic and not too sweet 🙂
She also got a turkey sausage egg and cheese which she would highly recommend. She said it wasn’t greasy, and the sausage had a really good flavor.
The donuts were soft and fluffy. Not stale even though we came later in the day. I had a chocolate cake donut, and my daughter had a vanilla one with sprinkles
If you’re in The Paddock Lake area and you need some caffeine or sweet treat, you definitely want to stop at this Duncan it’s one of the best.

Avoid this location at all costs! I tried to give them my business many times and I don’t know why I keep going back. Today was the last straw. I ordered via the mobile app which is what I normally do. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and refresher. I got there and my order had already been placed for about ten minutes. I walked in and there were about 10 people in the store it looked like waiting for orders.
I stood there for five minutes until the girl at the counter who looked like she was miserable finally asked me my name. She made my drink while I was standing there and said just waiting on the sandwich. I asked her if I could please have my drink( they keep them all behind the counter so you can’t even grab it). her response to me was no I have to wait for your completed order. WHAT?! Absolutely ridiculous. Then I see the small blond girl in the back making sandwiches and she is by herself. She had about ten sandwiches piled up and continues to make sandwiches. This went on for another 5 minutes before I politely asked the girl at the counter how much longer my order would be. This is all I said and the girl in the back making the food YELLED at me saying I am trying my best! Excuse me? All I asked the girl at the counter how much longer it would be? I don’t think this was an unreasonable question given I ordered my food 20 minutes ago at this point.
It took my 25 minutes to get one drink and one breakfast sandwich, meanwhile countless drive thru customers were served in a timely manner. Some suggestions: bag food so you don’t have ten customers standing in your store waiting instead of piling up at least ten sandwiches and then bagging them for waiting customers. I would suggest you have a conversation with your employees about the general attitude of the kids working at this store. When my order was ready, She threw it on the counter didn’t say my name didn’t say thank you just threw it on the counter and walked away. Go to the Kenosha location attached to the Shell on HWY 50 and save yourself some aggravation. They are much faster and very nice there. Never again. You lost a neighborhood customer today.

Great experience at Dunkin! The service was quick and friendly, and Maya was especially sweet and welcoming. She made sure everything was right and had such a positive attitude. Definitely a nice stop for coffee and donuts—Me and my husband will be back!

Dunkin has clearly changed their policy by implementing an order kiosk. This eliminated the need to interact with customers, which is what we experienced. Very impersonal. The 3 employees enjoyed talking to each other though on their headsets. Additionally there was no coffee ready at 9 am. They had to start a new pot. Again no actual human interaction. So disappointing. The doughnuts were typical. Not in any hurry to return.

The Dunkin/ Baskin Robbins in Paddock Lake is one of the worst places to get food in all of Kenosha County. The service is terrible and the employees and management do not care. For example, two years ago my girlfriend wanted a cookie ice cream pizza which was advertised on Baskin Robbins website. I order it online for her birthday. I do this a week before her birthday so there are no issues. When I show up for the cookie ice cream pizza it was not made. Nobody knew how to make it either. I waited an hour for the employees and management to figure out what to do. While I waited management and the employees chatted and had fun with each other. Eventually I did get the cookie ice cream pizza. My girlfriend ended up liking the dessert a lot so she asked for it again this year. I agreed because I believed the issue is had before would not happen again. Unfortunately for me it did happen again. I ended up canceling my order the second time. I will never order or eat here again because the service is so bad.

Awesomee Dunkin! Super clean and staff is sooo friendly. I got one of the strawberry drinks and it tasted great. Chatted with the staff and don’t know how they could have been more sweeter. Will be back often!

I always love my drinks. Today I added a donut order and specifically asked for no filled and no chocolate donuts. My box was basically everything I didn’t want. My fault for not checking while there but I don’t have time to return and get it fixed. Very disappointed
