I really tried giving this Dunkin a chance, but it’s honestly terrible. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve gotten a “coffee” that’s literally just hot milk: no espresso, no flavor, nothing. How does that even happen? On top of that, most of the staff act like they don’t want to be there and are rude if you ask them to fix an order. It’s wild how consistently bad this place is. Definitely not worth the stop.

Let me sum this up. This Dunkin Donuts has the most disgusting coffee I have ever had from any Dunkin Donuts across the globe. I’ve traveled to quite a few different states and this one takes the crown for disgusting coffee and drinks overall. The service is horrible, donuts stale tasting, coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee and the color of my drink is always completely off. I’ve been here more than 5 times and they still can’t get it right and I’ve ordered different drinks and they’re always disgusting. Also do note that when I requested no ice my drink was a few inches from full and I was told it’s because they measure the coffee, seriously?!! So I’m paying for partial coffee and mostly ice! They will never get anymore service from me! Black girl I believe she’s a manager please fire her she has the worst attitude in the entire business!

This place is mediocre. Been here many a times now. Normally out of donuts, I’ve purchased the bagels mini and they were served cold. I’ve used to live next to a 24 hour Dunkin and they do a much better job on their food and drinks. I now just drive out to other Dunkin locations.

The Dunkin in Mequon on Port Washington Road is by far the BEST Dunkin around! The early morning women who open and run the place are outstanding! They and the fabulous iced coffee certainly help me start my day off right!!! Highly recommend

They barely add cream cheese to bagels every time. Like cmon make a little more effort it takes 2 seconds. I won’t eat the other half.

Placed a 3-item mobile order. Picked it up. Had to return because 1 item was missing. Cashier waited on a customer and failed to ask other employee to come the counter. Meanwhile my other food was in car getting cold because I had to wait for the food. I did not receive an apology for the mishap and was not thanked for waiting.

Everything about this store is good except their donuts! Great coffee, great employees. But their donuts are terrible. Grocery store donuts are 10 times better. They CANNOT get the icing correct (many visits), runny inconsistent texture and I have had to throw more then half away due to the terrible icing. I hope they figure out their namesake product.

I have given up on this place. I was excited when I heard Dunkin was coming to Mequon until I remembered this IS NOT Dunkin’ Donuts. This place has no interest in selling any donuts. It is all about the coffee and the sandwiches. You’d be lucky if you come in and they one or two day old donuts in their 4×5 display case. By the way, the photo in google is completely staged. Of all the times I had been there, that case is always empty. The rest of the store is one huge beverages bar. Long gone are the days Dunkin Donuts had a huge rack full of all kinds of donuts. Thank God there is a Metro Market across the street. They do have a wonderful large donut case filled with all kinds of donuts and pastries. If I want a coffee I just go to Starbucks just down the road.
