I frequent the Muscatine Dunkin at least 3 to 4 times per week. I wasn’t going to leave this review but this is ridiculous. My husband said I should because it’s not ok. The young woman working has short, red hair. I do not know her name but I may ask if I decide to go again. She is unprofessional and to be quite honest. Rude. I’ve been frequenting this Dunkin for the past 2 years and all of the workers that I have come into contact have been kind and friendly. This young woman is rude and unfriendly. My drink was wrong one day and I asked for it to be fixed and the young lady I spoke to was very kind but then this young woman standing behind her mumbled something and gave me a dirty look. She had a horrible attitude and this has not been the first time I have seen this with the young lady. I don’t think she even likes her job and shouldn’t be working there if she has no respect for others. If she is the one making the drinks I think they should get someone else. This is not good for a muscatine business at all.

If there was a button for 0 stars, I WOULD PRESS IT. Me my friends ordered online at 7;40 we then waited for 10 minutes, as we were waiting a group of 5 people came in, each of them ordering a drink and however many doughnuts. Each of those guys left dunkin under 10 minutes, and we were still waiting for our 2 drinks and 3 doughnuts. It has been 20 minutes and we finally get our items. We left and I asked my friend for my doughnut and she replied “They gave us a bagel.” So I then had to turn around and go back, it was horrible. Very slow and I would highly recommend others to go somewhere else.

I didn’t want to have to give this feedback publicly, but unfortunately this location didn’t answer the phone when I tried calling. The donuts are hit and miss yesterday in particular the filling was essentially non-existent. The staff at this location is always very nice and welcoming. I think this location has a lot of potential if they can improve their training program so that they’re end product can be more consistent.

The coffee is great here, but they have such a limited variety of donuts most times. I go pretty frequently and they never seem to have frosted or glazed donuts. They tend to have only chocolate and blueberry (both of which I don’t like, so it’s frustrating for me). The employees are usually very nice, but I wish they actually had more kinds of donuts on a daily basis.

Everytime we go to dunkin donuts I get treated so nicely and everybody there is so kind. Alot of times there is a wait in the drive through that’s why I always go inside. Everything is always full of flavor and so delicious.

Met 3 friends for coffee and visit. Spent over 2 hours there. Everything was absolutely delish! I ordered half- caff and the cashier didn’t look at me with a blank stare and a “Are you crazy?” attitude. (I overheard her explain carefully to another employee exactly what to do). My coffee was perfect!!! So was my bacon, egg and cheese bagel and the 3 chocolate donut holes that I couldn’t resist! It was clean and the dining area was cozy. Best of all, the people acted like they enjoyed their jobs and treated us like guests!!! When I tipped the cashier, she said thank you so much. They even told us goodbye and have a nice day. We will be back! Keep up the great work!

Order was placed online for a 5pm pickup just to go in to receive a refund. Asked if order could be placed for tomorrow morning for pickup for son’s birthday treat for school. Was then told it’s a few minutes after 5 and cut off was 5 o’clock! Poor customer service they had a call back number and did nothing!
