Worst experience at any Dunkin – well really any donut shop, or any breakfast place – ever. Dunkin should pull the franchise away from whoever owns this place or fire the manager or something. I have never seen a donut shop that has no donuts. Casey’s has a better selection at noon. They have advertisements for this Wicked Munchkin box, but they don’t have munchkins. Maybe 5 different types of donuts that all looked horrible. Service was awful – had a line of like 8 people long before they even acknowledged we existed. I ordered a coffee and instead of giving it to me or calling my name put in under their delivery sign. I will never be back here. This is the worst place to get donuts in town. Even compared to the gas stations, hy-vee, walmart, every single place is better than this Dunkin. Can’t wait till they go out of business so a place that cares can move in.

Always gets my order wrong. The Blairs ferry location sucks! I only ever get a sweet tea and a donut and nine times out of ten they mess up my drink. It’s either not sweet or they mix it with lemonade. The 7th Ave location never has this problem and I will continue to go there for future purchases.

I ordered 2 donuts in the drive through. When I got them one was split in half and had chunks taken out of it as if someone dug their nails into it. The wax paper was also stuck completely on the frosting so there was no way to remove it without taking off all the frosting. When I went back through to get a replacement I was given a donut that was only half frosted with filling leaking out of the bottom. This also took them 10 minutes to do with no one else at the location. Insane.

Saturday morning 10am not as busy as usual who ever is working the window needs moved to a different position! Churro donut might as well of ate sand paper horrible one bit in trash. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this location today.
I pulled into the drive thru line with only one car in front of me. The car ahead of me ordered and pulled forward. I pulled up and the lady over the headset says “give me just a minute and I’ll get your order” I was ok with waiting a minute or 3. But then it took, not exaggerating, 10-12 minutes before anyone answered the intercom to take my order.
As a line of cars formed behind me.
And with only one car ahead of me this was fairly frustrating
As I proceeded to order I got more disappointed because they said they were out of almost everything I actually wanted off the menu. As I asked for a maple bacon sandwich I was rudely told we don’t have that right now!. I said ok how about an order of maple snacking bacon I was then rudely told we don’t have any snacking bacon right now.
My wife wanted some avocado toast with bacon but they didn’t have bacon so she just got the avocado toast without.
I then ordered a 6$ meal deal as a substitute for my maple sandwich. Which they had available
And my wife asked for a pumpkin iced coffee with whip cream and pumpkin spice seasoning on top.
I finally finished ordering and pulled up to pay.
The lady at the drive thru was very rude to us and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.
She was even more short with me when I asked her to scan my phone for my rewards.
I finished paying and got my order and pulled out of the parking lot. I got down the road a little ways as my wife pulls her avocado toast out of the box to take a bite and stopped with a discusted look on her face. As she pulls a bunch of hair off the top of her food and puts it in the box and says to me ” I am not eating this!” I asked if she wanted me to turn around because at this point I was over the experience we were having. She said no don’t worry about it we are already too far away and they were very rude anyway so she didn’t want to cause any problems.
She goes to give me my bagel sandwich and it wasn’t fully cooked. I’m talking warm on the edges and the egg and cheese was still very cold in the middle.
Even more disappointed I put the food in the bag and gave up on my ruined breakfast. As my wife had just done moments before me.
Between the drive thru taking forever and our more than 20$ wasted on disappointing food we didn’t get to enjoy. and then the rude staff I would say I was less than satisfied with experience at this location.

I absolutely love the staff here. They always great me with a smile and how are you. Most of them remember what I order when I come in. I don’t mind waiting since I know they get really busy. Love the smiles! The Coffee too.

Whoever the young lady and gentleman are working tonight 11/22 at 5pm are RUDE!!! YOU forgot my child’s turkey sausage on her wake wrap and because I checked the first one full out and only glanced at the second one to make sure it was cheeseless, you basically accuse of stealing meat. ARE YOU OFF!!! You think I wanted to deal with a hungry irritated toddler. You think I wanted to circle back when I was already well past the light. GROW UP! They when I got to the window took my bag back through the window and proceeded to check it. Both RUDE AND UNSANITARY! You are NEVER supposed to take an order back through the windows unless it’s to dispose of it. Now if my child gets sick because you did something to her food I’m gonna own this location from the lawsuit I’m gonna file!!
