Super early when we stopped. Mind you it’s 15° out and we walk in and the only thing posted on their digital screen was iced coffee. I proceeded to ask the young lady if the recipes that were up on the board were only for iced coffee and she responded with yes. I asked her then if she had a menu to look at for hot coffee flavors and such and she said yeah we can do hot coffee. It took me everything to not respond with do you hate your job or do you just not know what you’re doing. I however am extremely understanding to customer service and how difficult some of these positions might be for some of these people so I proceeded to order coffee.. the first order was a large coffee with three flavors and the second order was a large coffee with a shot of espresso and caramel. The first coffee was watered down with minimal flavor and the second coffee was well something that could be made at home. The price was $8 for two coffees which I could not complain however I will definitely find a better spot or I would opt for gas station coffee for the same price.

I doordash a lot from here & sometimes the drinks are hit or miss but still good. I’m not sure what worker it was but they gave me a free fresh coffee cake muffin because I’m a regular and that’s what I usually order but that was so sweet & thank you so much to whoever that was.

Waited a little bit for my drink, which was a frozen coffee.
The coffee was tasty and very refreshing, but the wait was not nice. Seeing a few people that ordered after me get their orders before me was making me think what was happening.
Wasn’t addressed on my wait by anyone and even getting my order in, the people didn’t seem to want to help. I will say that there was this one girl who seemed to care about customers. The person that ordered after me had an issue and when they were trying to fix it, the dunkin donuts person did ask what was wrong and made sure that someone helped. Kudos to her!

This location is a hidden jewel…. I’m a big dunkin fan. I wish they had it set up so you can see how your drinks are being made. They were stocked pretty good on cups and coffee. love the Drink of the week sign they had hand written. The cashier or other workers were not so friendly and welcoming as other dunkin I’ve visited but I’ll definitely return to get my iced coffee.

First time stopping here. Just wanted to get some donuts. It was nice. Atmosphere was decent. Wait time was a little long. Not sure if that’s typical or not. Service was good. All in all definitely a nice stop. Donuts were fresh, had a variety of different flavors to choose from also.

Everything always tastes great and everyone is usually pretty nice, but my goodness they are SLOW, especially during the afternoon. 4 4 cars in front of me and took a half hour to get my mobile order consisting of 1 drink. Wish there were more Dunkin’s around!

I ordered the same thing at other Dunkin Donuts and this was bar far the worst and slowest service I received. The kiwi watermelon refresher was so sour, gross & undrinkable they are usual sweet and flavorful. The hot honey bacon sandwhich was hard overcooked and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The hash browns were up to standard. Service was super slow I was in line at least 15 minutes other Dunkin’s I’m there maybe less then 5 minutes. The customer service was good. I won’t return or recommend coming to this location.

YUM!! Being that this is one of the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, they did a really good job on my order. The coffee was sweet, not watery, and made exactly as ordered. And the food was so tasty and you can tell they took their time to prepare it with good quality. The Dunkin’s I normally go to are sub-par so it was nice to go to one that did everything right!
