Google right now, 10/3/2025 says temporarily closed, but we were here just 5 days ago. The place is pretty rough, and needs to close and renovate. We just got drinks. Service was OK, and pretty quick. One drink did have something in it, plastic maybe? We like Dunkin’, but this place needs a serious refresh!

This store has been less than a “Meh…” They aren’t friendly. They do just enough to give you the order and take the money. They’re so mechanical. It was almost 2pm when I walked in today. There was nobody at the front counter. So I’m looking at the showcases; barely any donuts to choose from! (See photos) I wanted a hot coffee drink, but all I saw was iced coffee drinks on their menu. I was going to ask the cashier when they came back, about their hot drink selections. While standing there, I was deciding from their meager selection. This was about 2 minutes of time, and nobody greeted me. So I just said, “Hello?” I heard someone working in the back and moving things around. So I said “hello” again, a bit louder this time. A woman came out from the back, but she didn’t even acknowledge me; she was talking on a headset, and went right over to the drive through window and continued talking. Just a simple, “Hi, I’ll be right with you,” would have been ok, but she said nothing to me. At that point it had already been 3 minutes of time, and I refuse to patronize businesses with poor customer service. So I walked out. Won’t ever be back.

It’s a nice restaurant. The staff were polite. It has its own parking lot. I was disappointed however, at the number of available donut options. I purchased a dozen. I would have purchased more if more varieties were available. They didn’t even have regular glazed donuts. You never run out of those! Dunkin, you’ve got two popular donuts restaurants within two miles of you, north and south. Don’t lose customers over something you can control.

When they do have donuts they’re stale and old and can’t make custom coffee. I wanted a frozen latte that was iced on the menu and they said they couldn’t do it. They could have easily blended it and put the cold foam on top.

I had a nice review for this place because the breakfast sandwich was good and also the coffee. But the fact that I placed an order ahead of time and they weren’t busy and still gave me an undecorated donut is so disappointing! Come on!

I don’t understand how adding some legs and eyes is difficult? Really upsetting to open my bag after leaving and my daughter getting disappointed.

I go to this location often. This morning I placed a mobile order to puck up at 7:20. I arrived at 7:18. My food was cold and the Macchiatto I ordered was mixed together. Also, the wrong cheese was put on my BEC croissant.

I set a time expecting my food to be fresh. I tried multiple times to call but no one answered. I had to get to work so I could not go back for a correction.

Please don’t make mobile orders so long before their pick up time!! This is the 2nd time this has happened. .

Good coffee but ridiculously too hot. Don’t try and drink it after you get it cuz you’re going to burn your mouth for at least a half an hour. Next time I’ll ask for ice in my coffee. Didn’t McDonald’s get sued over hot coffee? Video: steam rising after driving 30 minutes, uncovered with the windows down. HOT!!

What a disappointment!! Run from this place. We had company from Europe who love Dunkin Donuts. We stopped and bought two dozen. Donuts were old, stale and smelled on old unchanged grease. When I returned them, they refused to refund our money. Just horrible service and quality.

The ice cream was good, what was available. However the lines were long, 2 staff available only one working. The other was mopping the lobby that was full of customers instead of helping with the service.
