Our visit was ok. We waited some time to be severed. Not because anyone in line but all the staff looked busy doing other things and preparing other orders. Once they realized we had been waiting they were very quick to apologize and get out order taken.

Slowest service on Earth. Even if you go inside and there’s no one there. Also, even speedway has a button on their coffee machine to either leave room for cream, or to fill the cup. WTH is this space in my $4 cup of coffee? And why was my coffee luke warm?

I ordered iced latte and grilled cheese. The coffee was so watery and disgusting that I could not finish it after just a few sips. Grilled cheese was also not good. Please do yourself a favor and not waste your money here. How are they even still open with such terrible coffee and food. The other Dunkin on S State Street branch is better with their iced latte. Just regret buying from here 🙁

This is not a good Dunkin. You can’t pay with cash on the inside, the workers ignore you, if you get less ice they make sure to not fill your cup.

I am pretty disappointed with this location. I had a free drink which was a reward but I was on my login through the website but the team that worked there did not know how to process it. I had to figure it out and had to download the app to get the QR code. I showed it to them and also trained the workers. One thing that I also learned is that you should check your donut selection which i never did at other places. Two Boston, one blueberry, one chocolate glazed and two with peanuts ended up being Two Boston, two blueberry and two plain glazed. Should have gone to another donut place which can fill a simple order of 6 donuts. They also did not change my coffee sweetness to 2. Level 4 which is default is terribly sweet.

I really used to like this location. I However, the past year at least the coffee I get inside is almost always sweetened improperly. Whomever the male is entering doesn’t change the sweetness level from small to large. I order something like a large Carmel Craze and it has 1 spoonfull/ pump of each of the sweet ingredients. A large drink like that has like 4 by default. So my drink end up nasty tasting.
If I order online it does sometimes taste watered down but at least it’s sweet enough.
I now only order online at this one if I go.

I went through the drive-through
(which always takes 10 min despite no line inside or out) and got my usual mocha frozen drink. It like tasted like syrup crap. I went back and had it remade but tasted awful again. Super sad this was my fav frappe but just look at this DARK SYRUP DRINK soo gross. I felt bad, but I went back in and they did refund my money. My stomach aches

I’m a very frequent flyer at this location, both in-person and using Uber Eats.
The orders are always correct & food consistently tastes good.
I took a star away for 2 reasons:
1. This location is chronically understaffed. Those that are working are always hustling, but most days, there’s a decent wait. One Saturday afternoon, I waited nearly 20 mins for a single donut and iced coffee.
2. Multiple times, I’ve seen staff openly eating in food prep areas, which I think is illegal or at least should be. I get they’re busy and need to eat, but step to the side, don’t hover over knives and cutting boards contaminating with your germs + crumbs.
