I had a really good experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Everything went smoothly and the service was super quick. Reham helped me out, and she was honestly great—very kind, helpful, and fast without making it feel rushed. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. It’s always nice when someone treats you with genuine care, and she definitely did. I’ll for sure be coming back because of the great service. ☕

I went to grab a mangonada which has Tajin in it. They didn’t put any it. So I asked could they put a tad bit ( extremely small amount) of it in it! The girl acted confused about what I was requesting. So she finally figured it out. She came back and not only was it in a smaller cup, but she put almost a whole of Tajin in it . That was the most disgusting drink I have ever had. Look at this garbage on the picture. I will never go here again because they always jack something up. They should be ashamed of themselves for this

I have went to this store almost everyday these past two weeks the service and customer care is incredible welcoming. You walk inside and off back it’s servers and cashiers greets you and help you decide if your clueless… Overall summary the prices are fair and reasonable, the customers service is ecstatically addictive, and to top it off the location is just right….

Girl working the drive thru Sunday Dec 21 at around 11am is very rude. Told her hi how are you and she didn’t respond, just closed the window. I didn’t even get all my change back. I don’t care for the change but a simple “im sorry we’re short on change” would suffice. She never looked me in the eye once, just gave me the drink and closed the window. I stopped going to this location after being a repeat customer. The original staff knew me as I would go twice a day when they first opened up. Unfortunately, after today I won’t ever be back at this location. The other locations have much better employees.

i was driving to work this one morning and was craving some donuts and coffee and happened to drive by this dunkin i gave them and a shot, and they did not disappoint!!! doubts were fresh and flavorful along side with there iced frappuccino hands down 10/10 i’m definitely coming back.

Will never go to this location again. Ordered a latte with almond milk at the drive through but I needed to change it not even 30 seconds later to oat milk and was told the drink was already made even though I was still actively ordering other food and drinks. They refused to make the latte with oat milk even though I had not finished ordering and told me that next time I needed to get my order right the first time. Horrible customer service and if you come here to order make sure you don’t forget a single thing or you won’t get what you want.

Friendly staff but unfortunately I was given 2 bottled drinks that were a month over their expiration date… As someone who drove here from Canada, I’m kind of disappointed and sad because I can’t always come back as I wish hence why i bought a bunch of donuts and bottled drinks with my family. Hopefully it’s just this one time they did this and hopefully they always check for expired items so they don’t accidentally serve it to customers by accident!!
Other than this incident, it is a decent place. I’ve visited twice now and we always bought multiple dozen donuts for friends and family in Canada!

Worst customer services ever. A person named Fatima was super disrespectful and doesn’t know how to treat people. We were telling her nicely that we couldn’t hear her and she goes “I dont want to serve you anymore” as if you could get any other job acting like that. The manager is even worse and unprofessional, I now understand why certain people can’t get other jobs other than a drive thru..
