Work across the street at VW.. We all eat here almost everyday since this place has opened and this was the most fresh, best chipotle I have in years! Yes you might have a longer wait but who can be mad at quality food because it’s being prepared fresh… Make it make sense people! Chipotle keep doing ya thang!

I placed an online order but accidentally chose the wrong pick up time. Frank K still provided exceptional service. He was friendly, patient, and very understanding. He made sure everything was taken care of and treated me with kindness throughout the entire interaction.
The rest of the staff was also very nice and welcoming. The whole team created a positive and comfortable atmosphere, and I truly appreciated it.

Waited almost 30 minutes in a line of less the 8 people. Only one worker was making bowls (very slowly with no urgency) while the other sat at the register watching her, at times for minutes doing nothing. This by far is the slowest chipotle I’ve ever been to. If your on lunch break it would be quicker to drive the the next nearest chipotle.

I wish an atmosphere made a difference, but clearly it doesn’t matter this. Chipotle has been open every bit of 2 weeks and is already starting the same shenanigans as the one on Lakeshore. I guess it’s not the place. It’s the people because I walked in there on a Saturday at 7:00 p.m. Yes they were open but they said they didn’t have any lettuce. Why are you open? And why don’t you have any lettuce? You haven’t been open even 2 and 1/2 weeks yet. It should be no reason for you to be running out of supplies already! However, I’m sure that there is a shortage of things when you allow the workers to eat the food. So needless to say, I never go to anything in the hood and that’s a new place erected in the hood that I won’t ever step my toe back into. I live close to that one but I won’t ever go back there ever again. If you’re in a rush or if you want lettuce, please don’t. I always go to the one on 305 where you can order and pick it up in the line. Never have an issue other than them trying to be stingy with the vinaigrette. I never go into eight Chipotle. They’re always disappointing. Seems like the more common it gets the worst. The service just like a lot of these Wendy’s are closing. Chipotles will be next if you don’t get some better employees and whoever is the GM or whatever you call them, learn how to order enough supplies for the demand of the area that you chose to have your business in. Thanks in advance. Very unsatisfied customer. I will be keeping my heart earned coins

Store not starting out on the good foot. It was a very long line. Thats fine. The issue was that the line was not moving for 20+ minutes. Lot of standing around talking. I don’t mind talking of you can work and talk. No disrespect. Employees should be required to wear hair nets. Hair was literally hanging over the food and every time the young man turned his head to talk, he whipped his hair. After waiting for a half an hour, we left to go to another location. The line was still in the same spot.

I’ve been to this establishment several times now and every single time I have been incredibly disappointed. My order has been 40 minutes late on multiple occasions. That is absolutely unacceptable for a *fast food chain*. The workers consistently act like they do not care and are never in a rush to get you your order. The worst experience I’ve had so far was when I placed a mobile order ahead of time to try to make it not so delayed. I showed up at the location and my order was STILL not ready and didn’t get to me for another 40 MINUTES. What is the point of even placing a mobile order if it’s going to be THAT late regardless? This location NEEDS to get its act together. I’m not asking for fine dining or anything, I just want my food relatively soon after it is ordered- y’know, like a fast food establishment is supposed to do. Highly recommend picking anywhere else to get food from if you’re in the area.

DO NOT COME HERE. Absolutely the worst service ever. Haven’t even received my order. Have been waiting in the chipotlane for a good hour. The guy sitting behind us went inside and the workers told him it would be another 20 minute wait on top of what we’re already waiting for. Guy sitting behind us went inside and the worker told him it would be another 20 minutes. I get it’s new but it’s ridiculous to be waiting more than 1 hour for food. Really needed more training since they clearly have no idea what they’re doing.
