this location was extremely rude to me and their own customers, i ordered around 8 am this morning and i was immidatluy greeted with an attitude with the lady at the drive thru , there was a african american lady helping her with the drinks and the drive thru lady was rudely telling her how to do everything but the girl was clearly already making the drinks..and then another girl proceed too take the drink and finish it without communing to the african american girl? the energy of the establishment felt very uncomfortable, will never come here again.

Staff’s rude, inattentive, on their phones and got both of my items wrong. The storage breakfast croissant is the nasty thing ever. Once they got it right, it was such a regrettable trip and decision. Well not be back to another Dunkin donuts ever

Best Dunkin around. Rarely have to wait long and I’ve only ever had 1 bad drink from here. They actually give you good portions of food compared to other locations that barely give you any bacon or sauce.

8/23/24 around 9 pm: I asked for a less espresso shots, I was given more. I asked for less hot, I was given scalding hot. This all after stating my order twice and it being verbally confirmed. It felt as though the person taking the order or making the orders wants to punish any non standard orders by doing the exact opposite. Will NEVER be returning to this Dunkin again.

Where do I begin? I ordered the Chipotle hash brown sunrise wrap, a medium hazelnut latte, and a vanilla cream filled donut. I chose to go inside because the drive-thru line was wrapped all the way around the building at 11:00 a.m. And not only did it take 20 minutes for them to complete my order, but two other people came in 10 minutes after I did and they got their order’s before I got mine. Two different customers also came in during this time because their orders were wrong. When I finally did get my order I realized why it is that I don’t eat out at places like this very often! The donut literally had less than a tablespoon’s worth of cream filling inside it. And that sunrise wrap was the saddest little thing I’ve ever seen. A child’s portion, truly! The flavors were okay, but the wrap was chewy and not properly heated. My coffee required the addition of caramel flavored syrup, because apparently the hazelnut is sugar free and they do not offer a coffee condiment station for me to adjust it myself. I know the cost of goods is rising, but I would honestly rather pay more for a better product than pay less for trash!

Made the mistake of placing an online order at this location. Employee had gloves on outside when I arrived to the location and I am sure he didn’t change his gloves because he shared he was at the drive thru window

Horrible service, most of the donuts were out. So I just got a mocha. However, when I pulled away I noticed the lid. It looked like it’s been through hell. You can see the hairs on it and how dirty it is. Just simply put- disgusting. The donuts were also very stale.
