My first time ordering at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered the sweet tea that was $0.99. Whenever I got it, I got a drink and it was not sweet at all. So I took it back. The girl said they only put one squirt of sugar. I didn’t realize it was just like the coffee where you have to tell them how much you want. So she put two more squirts in. It was barely sweet I told her to load it up and she put five more squirts then it was perfect. That seems like a lot of work for a simple sweet tea. But the service was exceptional and the tea was good. I love their coffee but I usually don’t buy it in the store

The person on duty who took our order was cheerful and beyond helpful. My oldest son wanted a vanilla frosted donut and all they had were covered with sprinkles. She happily made him his own donut and even brought it out to the table we we ere sitting at. So glad people like this still work in customer service.

Did a drive through pick up order around 8 am in the morning. Since they did not allow customers inside, I ordered a custom dozen donuts and they gave me the wrong ones. On top of the wrong bad flavors they gave me, all of the donuts were stale. Don’t get donuts here.

I used to go to Starbucks, and they changed the pricing too much for me. Then I went to Tim Hortons (north end) but the girl that did the drive thru, was rude!! So I went to Dunkin!! And I get more coffee, a pay a lil more, but they always are up beat, very friendly, and that right is why I’ll always be a Dunkin fan

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ several times now and they are amazing. The staff are so friendly and the restaurant is always clean. They have recommended items on a chalkboard and that’s how I picked this coffee for the first time and I had to come back for more! They listened to my special request of having my bacon well done and the food was prompt, hot and flavorful. I got the bacon wake up wraps and the avocado toast with tomato.

First time to visit this place since we are from Canada, the staff was very accomodating even the dine in were not open they still serve us with respect and since the donuts was running out theyd still serve us a new one that was supposed to be serve later evening. Awesome place! Nice experience!

Can’t really rate on the atmosphere as we have not really gone inside to get anything. I will say that when I ordered a drink and food and never received my food. The employee seemed like they were nervous and would not come back to the window for me to talk to and ask about it and we were running late so I ended up leaving. The employee even looked at me and then took another order on their headset before walking away again.
