The drive-through was busy when we arrived, but the employee working the drive-through was very pleasant and helpful. They were out of quite a few items on the drink menu. It did not take long to receive our order however, the croissant sandwich that we ordered look like it had been through through the ringer, which was a little disappointing. The munchkins were fair for the taste and value. We will definitely try it again, but this visit was just okay.

It appears that this location is unable to even pay its employees properly so it’s no surprise to see so many bad reviews complaining about stale donuts. Disorganization is the enemy when rotating old and new product out is vital to being a successful donut shop. Should probably fire whoever calls themselves the manager here as it seems they don’t know what they’re doing.

Used the drive thru. No donut menu on the board. Asked for a chocolate cake donut with chocolate frosting. Asked for a vanilla cake donut with vanilla frosting, which she stated they didn’t have. I asked if they had old fashioned donuts. Girl said yes. When I got home, my bag contained a vanilla cake donut with chocolate icing and a plain vanilla cake donut with no icing. Both were dry. 0 for 2

Ordered two turkey egg and cheese on croissant and a raspberry watermelon refresher, one of the croissants had no egg, for something so pricey I’d expect it to be whole.

The coffee was great as usual, but I’m not crazy about the drive-thru setup. I got stuck in the drive thru after I was told they were out of Avocado, which I specifically came for. Went ahead and ordered iced coffee anyway since I was stuck in line. The customer service was excellent, though . The cashier was very friendly and apologetic.

Went to this location this morning for a cold brew. Placed my order online for pickup. When I arrived to get my cold brew, I noticed while taking my first sip and driving away that my cold brew was warm and had no ice. Did they make my cold brew a latte ? It tasted like burnt espresso. Not a good experience
