This place is great. I’ve been there early on in the day all the way to later in the day and they have great service, great food and great coffee. I know that obviously this place can’t specifically do anything about it, but I really hope that Dunkin donuts keeps the dunklatte. It is absolutely delectable.

I have been going to this Dunkin’ since they opened. But they have taken all the regular employees out and dont know why. BUT BRING THEM BACK PLZ. All I had to do is walk in and they knew what I wanted they ALL were friendly with everyone and it was a happy experience all the time. That is, “The America Runs on Dunkin’. ” experience i expect.and my drink was wrong all the way around. Just seems like a job and they didnt want to be there.

Should my coffee have been handed to me black and unsweet? Because I added about 2 ounces of milk to it to get it this caramel color.
That was after I told dude at the window I wanted milk on it. He said 3 pumps skim milk. Okay then….so literally not even a half ounce of milk. I told him fine, I have milk at home I’ll add it myself. He hands me a cup of milk. Well, that spills all over my car and me. And when I dump out a good part of my coffee and my ice to get my coffee not black anymore it spills all over my hands. He gave me some napkins at least. All of this, plus the detailing I’m going to have to pay for to have the milk shampooed out of my seats could have been avoided if they just made the coffee correctly, or took “no, I’ll fix my drink at home” as an answer.
Definitely not going back here. I’ll pay more for Starbucks so at least my drinks are made right and they understand what the word “no” means.

I have been going to this location for 3 years daily. I absolutely loved it, the staff was friendly, new me by name (even in the drive thru) and my mobile order was always ready and correct. Over the past few months it has gotten much less enjoyable. They took away ALL of the usual staff. The staff now are rude, and my mobile order is NEVER ready. There were four people working this morning and I stood there for FOUR minutes before they acknowledged me. They looked at me several times but never spoke I was the only customer there.

I placed an order for pick up in the drive thru. I was 5 minutes early and he wouldn’t get my drink. He told me to come back through the line in 5 minutes… I don’t understand what the big deal was…. no one was in the line with me. And there were no customers in store. He was also rude when I asked about why I couldn’t have my order. So here I sit and wait until it’s the exact time to get my drink.

Theft is theft. They ended a Dunkin promotion a day early. The app said 2.00 munchkins, I was told the manager ended the promotion only at her store a day early so I was charged 4 dollars. She smiled happily and said, no discounts. They stole 2 dollars from me. They lost me as a customer. Theft is theft.

Paid for the Munchkin summer bucket. They charged us the extra for the bucket, but didn’t say a word at the window, just handed us a regular cardboard box full of munchkins. They also charged us full price for our drinks that were supposed to be $1.00 each. As another review said, theft is theft. Dunkin’ just lost long time customers.
