We swung through the drive through for some drinks & donuts. We ordered 4 Boston Creams. They tasted old and dry and we were an absolute mess. The chocolate was melted off and the bottoms were ripped, as if they’d been stuck to a pan and the dough ripped off when the employees peeled the donuts off the pan. I only ate one of mine and couldn’t stomach the thought of eating my other one, as the first one was so bad. When we got home, I looked in the bag and found what’s in the pictures. The donut looks horrendous. These are the worst donuts I have ever been served. No one can convince me that these donuts were fresh. They were very obviously old ones that were still being sold. The service wasn’t the worst in the world, but it could have been better. Staff didn’t talk and acted like it was an inconvenience to their day to serve customers. Overall, I 100% do not recommend this Dunkin.

So I normally have a nice experience at this Dunkin nothing ever bothered me. Little mess ups here and there but today I am a little upset. Today I went thought the drive through at 10:22 am and ordered a medium pumpkin latte. I could barely hear the person Who was taking my order because it sounded like a lot of mumbling. My drink comes with whip cream and such. Today I look at the receipt and realize they charged me a dollar for the pup cup I ordered and I never have been charged for that before and whatever that’s fine but the cup was not even halfway filled with whip cream!!!! If I’m paying at least fill it up. Then I was charged 10c for additional swirl charge?!!! I’m assuming that’s the cinnamon and caramel they put on the top of the whipped cream which I also didn’t receive, but I was charged for. Very disappointing. As this is our only Dunkin here in Winfield, but I won’t be going back for a while and I hope the service changes because that is very disappointing. Very unfriendly not normally how the staff that works there are.

Usually this place is awesome.. but the last few visits, my cold brew black with cold foam has been horrible. Today, after being handed my coffee which appeared to have whip cream topping on top, I questioned the drive thru lady, which she was nice and questioned it as well and said it looked “off”. The chunkier old lady with an attitude holding a blue metal can flashed it really quick around and again with an attitude said “it’s cold foam”. This is my useless coffee as it is undrinkable as I have white chunks floating around and white chunks stuck to the side. It looks like a lot is missing, but the whip cream was literally layered to just about where the top of the sticker is. Cold foam doesn’t layer and swirl like whip cream and it certainly doesn’t create white chunks like this.

Typically, I enjoy this Dunkin Donuts. I think they’re coffee is brewed just right; so, good job on that note! As of late, I’ve been asking for light ice in my large coffee. Surprise, I never receive light ice. Contrary to their assumed belief, the point of the light ice is not to get more coffee. Although, I don’t know anyone that would be opposed to that. The point is, I don’t want 3/4 amount of ice in my coffee. If it takes me a few hours to sip on my coffee, now I have watered down coffee. This is not personal, people. If a customer asks for light ice, give them the light ice.
Update: This is so uncharacteristically of me to one, post reviews and 2, return to update my review. Look, I’m a very easy going person. That being said, I literally just received this coffee. It’s almost gone. WHY am I paying $6 for a large cup of ice? Seriously, get it together Winfield DD. This is unacceptable.

Love this place. Their Midnight coffee gets me going in the morning and our boys Dunkin and Dallas love their Saturday mornings here.

Tried placing order and kept getting asked “is that all” after everything I’d say. Told them price seems high. Got charged for 2 drinks and ordered only 1. Put 6 donuts in a 12 donut box and handed it to me and almost dumped them onto the side of my truck. Argued with me about price being wrong saying it’s what I ordered when I didn’t order and extra drink.

Changed my rating to a one star after the girl took my order on 4/30/21. She was hardly responsive, sounded bored and bothered to be taking the order. Last few time I have felt the drive thru etiquette horrible. Short answers, unfriendly, bothered teenagers is all you see working there.

I ordered a sesame bagel because I saw it in the case, then after I purchased it they told me they were out. I was confused but I agreed to a plain bagel. Then while I was waiting I saw the employee cut through the bagel and into his own hand. He then proceeded to put the bagel in the toaster. Needless to say I left without a bagel
