Two exact same iced coffees both were gross (one with no sugar or creamer, the other all of it) had to bring home and mix in a bowel to get them similar and not get a mouth full of sugar. First experience not soo good. Might have to wait a bit before trying again.

I love Dunkin, and am happy one is finally in Lebanon! A lot of people will leave negative reviews just because they want to, or because they like the “competition” more. We can have both without tearing one down. No need to lie to create negative association with either. I’ve been to this Dunkin multiple times already, and the donuts, coffee rolls, and apple fritters have been GREAT! But, my favorite part is the coffee I get with blueberry and caramel! Sounds weird, but tastes like a muffin! It’s my go to Dunkin drink! And guess what? The employees are human. They will make mistakes, like everyone does. Be kind, and they will happily fix it! Can’t wait to keep getting my weekly coffee here!

Fairly early in the morning I wasn’t expecting a stale donut but I guess that old iconic “Time to make the donuts” metaphor is a thing of the past. Staff also didn’t seem enthused to be there which dampens the whole experience.

The only to add a review is the prices on a small ice coffee $4.69 I can go to McDonald’s and get a ice coffee for $2.49 that’s a lot cheaper than your coffee sorry but I won’t be back thank you. And there wasn’t that much coffee in that small it was filled up with ice and the whipped topping and not even but a less than half of a cup that’s ripping off a customer on cost.

I found that there was a new Dunkin’ in Lebanon, IN and my wife and I stopped in. We were greeting with a donut rack with no donuts on it as you walked in… We found that there was little to no selection, the donuts there were on display were incorrectly labeled in the display case. The display case as well as many of the horizontal surfaces inside the restaurant were in desperate need of cleaning. Many people there (mainly in Drive-Thru), I guess to get coffee as the donuts we ordered were stale and not very appealing. Many donuts looked to be skimped on where there was little filling, or little powder sugar, some donuts were separating the chocolate covering to the actual donut (since they were dry). If this Dunkin’ is going to compete for Lebanon’s business it needs to step up or it will be another Taco John’s…

I know Dunkin is a new place in town & has to work out a few bugs but my first experience getting a few doughnuts in the middle of the day was they were VERY STALE!!! I hope things will improve before I give you another try. SORRY!!

Came in to the shop at 3:30pm on a Sunday and they had NO donuts. They close at 8pm on Sundays. The employee behind the counter said she couldn’t make anymore for the day. The people working seemed to be undertrained as they were reluctant to take our order while another employee was trying to convince another customer that his croissant was supposed to be “that” toasted. It was burnt black….not toasted.

Me and my husband stopped in close to closing time Auna stayed open a little late for us. She was very friendly , service was really good!!! We will definitely go back!!! Great job Auna!!!!! She deserves a raise!!!
