On more than one occasion recently, I’ve been shorted on the munchkins I’ve ordered. The first time, the employee was rude and said “figure it out on the app to get a refund.” Really makes you second guess visiting this location when it is a pattern and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Worst service today! I ordered an XL hot Hazelnut swirl black, was given a Large, I ordered a dozen no powder or jelly donuts please, man asked if sprinkles- were okay? Yes please!
After unpaid with my card, he didn’t give me my receipt!
I questioned the large coffee versus XL. He replied yeah, we are out of XL cups, “I charged you for a large” when asked about my receipt he rang everything on my order again!??? Why lie, and cheat a faithful customer?! I visit Dunkin Daily!! I’m going to stick with Matt at Erlanger!
FYI: Some kids with sensory issues freak out with powder, jelly or pudding donuts! Thanks for making my kid cry!

The drive thru menu lacks information, it tells you they sell donuts but not which kinds. The drive thru attendant didn’t say a word when we pulled up, just took the cash and handed us a donut (I happened to know before I went which kind I wanted).

Worth Location!! Staff never acknowledges you when u walk in and are standing there forever to pick up mobile orders. Even if you wait in line to get them to acknowledge you’re there for your food they point u to the shelves. My last 3 trips I’ve had to reach over the counter and get my orders myself. Saw them there sitting waiting when I walked in!! EASTGATE is a much better location. You’re greeted and acknowledged.
