Sandwich is always burnt and whenever I request extra of something and pay for it it’s not there. Not worth the convenience of it being next to school. I never have issues at the other locations but this location.

This location just had it’s grand opening on Monday & I visited on Friday. The combo gas station & donut shop is a good mix & the local traffic & the store’s location should bring them lots of business, but finding the entrance/drive-thru to DD itself is pretty confusing for this customer. Better signage is definitely needed. The actual donut shop signage is bright & prominent but getting to it is still tricky. I’m surprised I didn’t cause an accident just trying to figure out where/how to just place my order.
I knew that since I arrived around 10:30am that the donuts would have been sitting around for a few hours already, but I never expected to be sold donuts that were at least, possibly over, a day old. They definitely had not been made that day. They were dried out, tough & chewy. I think I’ll wait a long time before trying this location again.
Very disappointing because other than that there’s a lot of potential to be very successful here.

I have been to this dunkin a few times and each time my order has been either wrong or just horrible. My coffee tastes horrible and donuts are always dry and seem old. The only reason I have gone back at all was because it is the closest location to me. Dunkin is notorious for being inconsistent but I have never had these issues over and over at any other location.

This store has definitely been improved since opening. Employees have been more consistent, products are better, customer service is more accommodating than when opening.
One day had a district manager there. Maybe to assist with the store.
Have been going back for weeks now especially when so near my house.
Hopefully people give them a chance again.

Poor attitude, employees play around to much, makes drinks wrong constantly, very rude to customers. Had them shove a drink at me after they made it wrong twice. Then when I ask for a refund they said they could not do it because they do not know how to. Threaten to call the police because I ask for my Money back. Very poor service.They finally remade my drink but I am afraid to even drink it because I believe they did something to it. So I threw it away. Will not be going back to that Dunkin.
