I just stopped by the North Bend location because I needed to pick me up. I ordered a medium caramel latte with oat milk extra hot and then I got a wrap with just hashbrowns and eggs. It was delicious. The food was high. I go to take a sip of my drink and it taste like possibly a latte with no No sweetener Because I really needed the caffeine And I don’t like the taste of it, and that means I have to stop at a gas station in order to sweeten it, which defeats the purpose of coming to Dunkin’ Donuts it’s also 4pm so they were NOT BUSY AT ALL

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I stop at a lot of Dunkin’s as I travel for work and they tend to blur together, but this location was the absolute best Dunkin I’ve ever visited. I stopped by 02/18 around 10ish and the entire staff was so sweet and fun. Amazing job to this store!

Sky waited on me and she always go over and beyond to help with whatever your heart desires. Rarely do you meet someone in customer service who goes out of their way to help you like she does. Last time I was there they were out of the one donut I like and she offered to make me some while I waited. Every time I go here I look for her. Great job Sky!!!

Entering establishment I was not greeted. It was literally like 6-7 ppl working. That’s more than enough. It looked as though they were working as a team. So I should have been greeted. I ordered triple espresso 3 pumps of French vanilla medium cup add ice line cup with caramel drizzle add whip. Drink looked nasty. Let me remind you every drink they made looked nothing like my drink. When I expressed like what is this and I’m not happy, I was being argued at. I paid 1.00 for almond milk, why not feel my drink to brim. Why not make my drink like you’re making it for yourself, brother, sister, friend. I’m so shocked. I order this drink all the time I know what it’s suppose to look like. The sitting area/ atmosphere im going to say it’s a 4 star it looked clean in there. But I’m mad about my drink. Coffee is essential why play with my drink or try to make it right is crazy. Then to be discussing me like I’m wrong is crazy when I’m spending my money. I always liked Dunkin because it’s close and convenient. I’ve been going to this location for almost a year now. I order the same thing every time and usually it’s pretty good but there are more and more times where it’s inconsistent. And sometimes I don’t get what I asked for (extra pump of flavor or extra ice so it won’t melt quickly and water the coffee down). There’s always always someone new at the window which really sometimes slows things down to where you’re waiting 15-20 minutes in the drive through. Today I went and my iced coffee looks like it was half drank almost… why not fill it up fully.. I don’t understand. It might be time to go across the street to Bigby instead.. or any other coffee shop.

The donuts are horrible. It’s like eating cardboard. Buying them at 8am and they still taste like and have the texture something made a day ago. No wonder they took away the “donuts” from the Dunkin name.

Update: Yesterday was the worst day to be in this location specifically after 1pm where young guys screaming and yelling and made a lot of noise. All customers left and stay outside in their cars to finish their jobs. AC was freezing .

Ordered a latte with butter pecan. Listed on cup, however no butter pecan. Very warm and very very strong. Seemed like old coffee was used that had been sitting for hours. And this was 1st thing in the morning….What a shame.

I get the same coffee every morning and every single day they try to hand me my coffee without cold foam. I have to send it back and ask for it. Well today my boyfriend picked a coffee up for me and it doesn’t have cold foam. I don’t know how you get it wrong every time. Get it together.
