The customer service it is 0 and I understand you’ve been busy, but if you finish have the driver through people and I’ve been standing in the front after that one of the workers say I’ll be with you and I wait after that the second worker she came and she helped me and I ask about just two items she make me the first one that drinks and the second one should’ve made it and she kept going finish and help the rest and I’ve been standing literally 13 minutes before I get help. I said it’s busy. I need to wait but because for my patient I get treatment like this if you go to work or you have something to do and you wanna stop for 17 minute to get you something to drink or that don’t stop there because you got to miss your appointment or are you about to miss your work or something? I don’t recommend you stop there.

I just have to rave about Dunkin here for a second. Working my third night shift in a row at UC Hospital I stopped here for a large iced coffee to take into work. Turning onto the highway my full iced coffee fell out of the cup holder onto the floor by the passenger door. I couldn’t pick it up safely until I was at a stop light about 5 minutes later. I was convinced my night was ruined. However when I picked up the cup off the floor NONE of it had spilled out and the lid was STILL secure. Truly the best moment.

Excellent Experience. Sitting inside in morning daylight with plenty of sunshine. It reminds me old hey days. What an Experience! Coffee and begal with cream cheese is on the best simplest breakfast we prefer. Especially with someone you inspire you and encourage you all the time. It was really busy but the staff was efficient and ahead of the time. Very proactive. Friendly and professional. The bathroom was clean and tidy.

We love cincy-dayton Road Dunkin Place. They are so nice, quick, and mostly accurate with your order and they DON’T charge you $1 for a small pup cup as the Lebanon Rd branch does. We don’t mind driving a couple more miles to get to this branch instead of Lebanon Rd which is next to us.

Horrible service, especially at the counter, the guy was rushing us to order, and when I get my coffee(with caramel, which felt like it wasn’t there) and asked for extra pump of caramel the same guy was so rude and asked me to give him a minute, after 2-3 minutes of waiting for him to respond I just left. But the donuts are good, same goes for the coffee.

I just got Sec croissant, hashbrowns, and a Hot chocolate. The hashbrowns taste like they were fried in dishwater there was a weird aftertaste. The sausage and croissant was okay but the egg was so mushy I took it off it felt undercooked . And the hot chocolate just taste like chocolate I should’ve just went to Udf I was honestly disgusted. For $10 smh

Multiple drinks we have gotten over the past few months have tasted almost tasteless. Watered down, too milky, or all foam. Chai teas we got today tasted like hot milk. Will be using other locations from now on.
