The rudest females i have ever had the displeasure of taking my order. Cashier refused to answer my questions, acted like a complete jerk. Like it hurt her to listen to me. Someone took my drink and walked out, witnessed by people, but they acted like I was the thief. Not one worker had a positive attitude or friendly. I dont recommend this place unless you are also hateful. Only one star because I like dunkin coffee. P.s. I only had a medium plain black coffee. Not like it was difficult. Husband had a large regular with cream and sugar. Granddaughter had a pink wicked.

Made a mobile order. Drove 9 minutes to get there. Waited in dt line over 5 minutes. Get our coffee and it was cold. The worker who was very rude said ” you placed your order 20 minutes ago and that’s why it’s cold.” She replaced the coffee with another cold coffee with coffee grounds in it and acted rude the whole time. Please do better! Being friendly is not optional at a food service job! Also out of several items!!

Our order was 22.00 and this is how it was presented to us. Both sandwiches looked like this. Then the sourdough sandwich had raw bacon on it! What a joke is this how we treat our customers when they order food! Unbelievable!!!!!!!! And they gave us the completely wrong munchkins! And they were not glazed! So essentially they tried to poison my husband with raw pork.

This location is somewhat clean—that is where the positivity ends. The workers are quite impatient and ride the borderline of disrespect. I witnessed one of the workers digging in her ears, examine it and wipe it on her shirt to continue working. When I suggested she wash her hands, she questioned me as to why, I explained what I had witnessed her do and her response was ‘I’m not touching your food, I’m not even on food’—either way that’s still a bit disturbing in a food handling environment. No one called out my order—as they did all of the other orders—so I was just standing around for an excessive amount of time. Finally after about 15 minutes, someone asked what I was waiting for and once I advised, she let me know it’s this order that was off to the side just collecting chills. The food was horrible—all due to it being cold.
I won’t be back to this location as it’s is possibly the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to.

Walked in to get a coffee after a long and another 1.5 hours to go. 3 young ladies working and not one said hello. Didn’t even look up. Ordered my on the kiosk- sat and waited. Even looked at one of the young ladies in eye. Still no response. Won’t be back.

The new one by the collage is so much better. Food and attitude. We ordered and both orders of hashbrowns were cold. Not even like warm. They were cold and soggy. My bacon avocado toast was old. The bread was so hard on the one half that I couldn’t even bite through it. And when I handed the hashbrowns back girl at the window rolled her eyes and responded “k pull forward”.

Walked into this location after driving for a few hours wanting to get a coffee and a bite to eat. 3 girls were too busy cleaning a machine while my husband and I waited to be served. No one acknowledged us as we stood there for over 15 minutes this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to call corporate to let them know about what happened no one to answer the call. Called the location directly spoke to the so called manager and she was extremely rude and could careless. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE TERRIBLE SERVICE. The owner needs to fire this staff and hire people that actually care about customers. I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE A MINUS .
