Everytime i go inside or through the drive thru I’m always greeted with a smile! The one girl who works there i believe she told me her name was Vanessa! She was very quick and kind! And my drink was made to my liking which always makes my day that much better, definitely my favorite Dunkin location!

Order the same thing everytime. The whole time the lady taking the order made me repeat my order multiple.times and tried to correct me on what I was ordering. We get a caramel ice coffee and add extra pumps of caramel and add pumpkin. She kept telling me it’s either a large pumpkin or a large caramel its not both. Kept making rude remarks to me while i was ordering. She went JESUS at the pump amount I asked for and at the end I asked for cream and sugar in both and she went well why didn’t you say that before. Got up to the window and she was laughing hysterically the whole time making it. Didn’t add the cream or sugar and then made a rude comment about let us know about getting in trouble with the reviews. Can’t give you a name because she made sure she had no name tag on but it was the manager because she had the black dunkin polo on. short petit woman with ginger hair styled like a boy. Will never go back to this dunkin again

Most stores are excellent right on, however, the one on Wells in Massillon, you never know what you are going to get. How hard is it to make 2-hot mocha latte? What did I get…one ice cold and the other one hot. What part of hot don’t they understand? Unfortunately, mess-ups have happen several times at this store. Management needs to train their employees better before having them work with the public.

I always usually enjoy my experience at Dunkin making it a daily routine, and am usually greeted with great service that improves the quality of my morning. However, my most recent visit to this Dunkin location was less than satisfactory with my service. In going through the drive through, a worker named Brooke greeted me with an exasperated tone and rushed through my order while also taking an unnecessarily long time to give me said order. I would appreciate a kind work staff to continue the positive flow of my morning.

Terrible service from these entitled teenagers at this Dunkin location. You order at the speaker, girl is laughing as she makes you repeat your order 2 or 3 times. Get to the window girl takes money for coffee. I continue to wait for my coffee order, 4 mins she comes and says we have to make more coffee. I asked for a refund, she laughs and says we don’t do refunds without a manager here. I wanted 6 minutes for her to say she can’t refund my money and chuckle. I’m emailing and calling above her manager. Unacceptable!! Why are teens running and operating a store if they can’t hear to correctly take the customers order? Why are teens running a store alone with no adult on duty?? Your either wasting time and money at this location to have your coffee remade or made wrong.
