Dominos in Canfield is probably the best dominos I’ve ever had. They are quick, efficient, and provide the best quality pizza I’ve ever gotten from a dominos. You can see pride in their workmanship there. I usually get the buffalo chicken pizza and Philly cheesesteak , and they are number 1. Keep it up!

Had an issue with our order. We called the store to see what could be done. We ordered our pizza with extra alfredo sauce. The pizza was delivered undercooked,presumably from the extra sauce. The pizza had so much sauce on it, I’d say 3 to 4 times the normal amount. The store manager told me I should’ve accounted for this by ordering it well done instead of normally. I feel like they should have made sure it was cooked fully. It’s not my job to account for the sauce when THEY are the ones baking it. They refused to make the situation right and offered me a $5 voucher instead of a credit or refund for the full price of the pizza….$12. The store manager had zero compassion and recommended I call customer service. She then proceeded to inform me that they are just going to refer me back to them so I should just accept the $5 credit.
I NEVER call to complain about food. It seemed like an honest mistake on their end and we just wanted the pizza remade and delivered. Do better!

Best Domino’s I’ve ever had. The pizza always tastes great & for the price you can’t beat it. I’ve never had an issue at this location & have been going since they opened. The employees are always super cool + you can tell they take pride in their work & it shows. They all deserve raises for how well they run this place especially during busy hours compared to similar shops

I ordered a garden salad, got a chicken Caesar. Ordered chicken wings and they seemed very rare. Also pan pizza doughy and uncooked….i called in to just kindly let them know so it wouldn’t happen to someone else and a girl they basically talked over me and reprimanded me for what I said, she said the pizza was cooked correctly and the only thing wrong was the salad…which she DIDNT FIX FOR ME…a very rude, awful experience and I won’t be ordering from there EVERRRRR AGAAAAIN… am presently re-baking my pizza in my own oven instead of enjoying a meal that I ordered to be cooked for me I told her she was being rude, which she ALSO argued and yelled at me about rudely lol, guess I shoulda seen THAT coming lol ♀️when u are talking to rude people who talk over u there’s just no getting thru to them cuz they’re too busy just listening to their own voice….

There’s not many pizza places that I won’t be return to but this location of Domino’s is one. Food came about an hour 30-40 minutes after order. We were told they had to get lids for the pasta from another store. Pasta had a crispy top probably from the attempt to keep it warm. All food was fairly dry. Dominos online offered the choice between 20% off and something else. I declined, didn’t want to be obligated to have to order from here again.

This location on Lockwood seems to go above and beyond. We have ordered from there a few times and they have been very punctual and friendly. On the last order before today, we ordered the Lava Cakes with icing and they forgot the icing. I called to tell them only because they charge for it and I planned to order again, I never expected the manager/owner to actually bring it right away to us! Places just don’t do that anymore or show any care when things like that happen, you can tell they really care. Tonight we ordered a few things for delivery and the driver Christopher actually called to say he left it outside (I choose the contactless delivery), he showed a lot of care because it has been raining on and off this evening.
My only I guess somewhat compliant would be that they don’t allow you to pay cash for order over $40, but I do understand that is probably a cooperate policy and probably a lot safer for the drivers but I would pay that way over my card if it was available. Other then that this location is doing awesome- especially for a chain, very pleased! Thank you and please keep it up!

I send my little daughter to buy a pizza and they charge $11.99 I go to ask the guy how much you charge him. They say 1199. I told him the store in Bordman charging 799 and I told him I don’t want I need refund I want to Wman location so when I use my gift card, I was a seven dollar deal and I found only two dollars there so They give me a refund only two dollars and I’ll lose five dollars so I call him back and he say what I don’t know. The service of the gift comes to how they go. This is too bad to cheat a little girls that’s it. Thank you.

Order online said it would take 28-38 minutes for delivery, took and hour. No big deal I get things happen but then they had my order wrong, they sent the pasta with Alfredo and sausage and I ordered pasta with marinara and beef. Called they offered to make a correct one and bring it out. Great, then 50 minutes later I get a call from a driver stating he delivered it to the wrong house but they would make another one and bring it to me. After 2 hours of waiting for my food I was over it, told them not to bother.
