IM EXTREMELY UPSET THAT THIS RESTAURANT HAS TAKEN MY TWO FAVORITE WOMEN FROM BEING TOGETHER. NAMELY ARAMARA AND CANDACE. THESE TWO BEAUTIFUL WOMEN ARE THE ONLY REASON I HAVE COME TO THIS RESTAURANT EVERY MORNING. THESE TWO WOMEN TOGETHER HAVE ALWAYS PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE IN THE MORNING. Went there today shortly after 2pm for a mobile order. The 3 employees in there were very friendly. The speed and accuracy of service was exceptional. I told them that I never been in a more efficient Dunkin. The drinks were delicious. A+ service! Thanks!

Always the same older gentleman who serves me and there’s always an issue with my drink. I ordered a medium iced latte with cold foam and an extra shot. I explained that I’ve ordered this before and that the extra shot fills the medium cup and there won’t be extra room for the cold foam and requested it be made in a large cup with the medium measurements and extra ice. I DIDNT WANT ANY EXTRA PRODUCT! Just an FYI. Every other store has no issues doing that for me, but apparently they’re not allowed I was told. The store down near Walmart is owned by the same owner and said that they’re allowed so I don’t understand what the issue was. Anyways I watch him pour the extra shot into the medium cup and low and behold it fills the cup with no room for the cold foam he proceeds to pour out basically the whole extra shot then stirs it and tops with cold foam. I paid $7+ for the drink for him to dump my whole extra shot down the drain and then argue with me that he didn’t when you can literally see the from the counter. Lesson learned go to the one near Walmart or the one on racoon road they both are amazing and have amazing staff. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Worst experience I ordered my usual a medium cold brew with 4 butter pecan, 3 blueberry shots, almond milk and cookie butter cold foam. They handed me a cookie butter cold brew, I handed it back and told them it was wrong and the male cashier told me that’s what I ordered, but it wasn’t and I repeated my order twice to make sure he had it correct. They remade it and there was not 4 pumps of butter pecan so I asked if they’d add two more pumps which threw the “store manager” as she claimed to be into a hissy fit and fought with me for 10 minutes how I’m being difficult so I requested a refund which she refused because “we already remade your drink”. Eventually she gave me the two extra pumps after throwing out the name of the franchise owner or franchise manager Mike I’m assuming because she then became scared. I will still be reaching out to speak to him because a “store manager” shouldn’t be yelling and refusing to fix a paying customers drink when they clearly made it incorrectly. Would not recommend this store at all. The inconsistency in drinks here is outrageous especially for the prices.
