I used to go here all the time. Today was the last time. Orders are constantly wrong. Coffee is cold, watered down and tastes like brown water. I actually just threw it out. I ordered two bagels and received one. Its consistently gotten worse this year. I will spend the extra money and go to a coffee shop that actually cares about their product.

I ordered at the drive thru a small hot decaf coffee. There was no one in front of me and I was instructed to drive to the window. I paid and sat and waited for a couple minutes before I was handed my coffee. Halfway home (only 10 mins to get home) I took a sip and the coffee was cold. Not an ice coffee,, a cold cup of coffee. When I got home, I called and was told to come back… I didn’t have time to go back… Not very good customer service.

I am not from the area and did not know about traffic pattern to get in line at this location. Sunday morning it was quiet I turn in from the side street to get in line, nobody else visibly approaching. I am in back of line and I hear someone slam on horn behind me-look in rear view and a SUV had just rushed up behind me which was not there when I turned in. Window staff tells me they won’t take my order and I need to get in back of the line; that I had to get out of line that I cut everybody off. there was only one SUV that was speeding to get in line it just got angry because I was there first. Obviously I’m not from the area and know how they prefer to handle their lines. I never leave reviews unless service is exceptionally good and try to avoid neg feedback. We are all nuts about our coffee and I should probably manage time to make it at home lol.

Terrible customer service. Received a burnt muffin, the worker refused me a new muffin or my money back. Said she doesn’t control how the muffins cook and they would just throw it away so they wouldn’t issue me a refund.

Placed an order for 100 munchkins 4 days in advance. Went for an early morning pick-up yhe day of and learned the store only had 75 because they sold what was in my order to a walk-in customer. That should not happen! I chose this location because of the large order.

Visited for the first time, staff was awesome! Tina and the staff were friendly and very helpful! I had a big order and they were so patient and professional! The store was clean and inviting! Highly recommend!!
