Man, I hate to 1 star this place. It’s such a cute little shop and they are friendly. No selection of Donuts at all. Very Limited. But the one star is really for the service. No one mans the counter! You walk in, and there are 4 people behind the counter with their backs to you ignoring you. It is bizarre.

My coffee tasted stale and bitter, not fresh. This place is known for being a mess. I walked in to ask for a fresh cup of coffee. The guy behind the counter was holding a broom , which is shocking because the place never looks swept. The guy just froze like he had no idea what to do. The guy with the broom never spoke. He looked at the the other guy at the register. That guy insisted the coffee was fresh. I said in that case please return my money. Which he did. He looked at the receipt , from his machine, to verify the sale. He started to do the math and the poor guy had no idea how much a coffee cost and how to count the money back. Who ever is managing this Shop needs to hire better people that can speak and add and make decent coffee. Look at the reviews . Ut poor management and really bad staff.

On 1/30/26 I walked into the store at 7:15 am. Similar to other reviews which I have read about this location there isn’t a dedicated person/persons assigned to the front counter for walk in traffic. A young kid took my order of 18 bagels and cream cheese. After collecting the money he proceeded to fill other customer orders from the drive through and online orders for the next 15-20 minutes. He then finally came back to the counter and told me that they didn’t have enough of the bagels that I ordered. I then told him to refund me and I assume that it was the manager who rang the refund. At no time did she even apologize for the situation. There was also a number of other walk in customers who weren’t able to place their orders and they walked out. The staff from this store may want to take a field trip to the Solon Dukin store to see how a real Dunkin Donuts store should operate.

Being from New England originally where there are oftentimes three or four Dunkins in the same suburban town–some stores even visiable from one to another–when are we going to admit the truth? The coffee is hit or miss and the donuts are horrible. God forbid you get an XL that is barely passable when it has that sour taste of improper brewing. I guess the US Patent Office was coffect in denying their slogan, “the best coffee in America.” When it’s good, it’s good. When it’s bad, it’s terrible, and increasingly the latter.

Once upon a time, Dunkin Donuts used to have an ad, “gotta make the donuts,” implying the donut guy had to get up at night to make the donuts for the day. Not anymore! They are not even made at the store. They are made regionally and at 8AM, you’re getting day-old donuts. Probably baked from frozen, no less.

But therein is the point: gradually lower expectations so the customer accepts good enough in favor of efficiency. Just don’t expect to enjoy it relative to a good product that Dunkin knowingly discarded in favor of profit. I’d rather pay double than drink this swill and eat stale bakery.

They have been hit by the Macedonia effect. I’ve had to leave my mobile order multiple times because they didn’t have it ready after 30 minutes and I was already late to work. What is the issue with every fast food place in Macedonia? I have to keep adding places to my no go list because customer service is so horrible. I don’t like to complain, but this is getting ridiculous. Last time I came here I put in a mobile order. After waiting in store for 20 minutes, I finally asked about my order and the woman said she didn’t make it because she didn’t have the bread I wanted. So you just figured I wanted nothing and didn’t bother to ask?

Staff was very rude and we did not receive what we ordered.
Very disappointed! Not the service I am accustomed to at the Dunkins I normally frequent which all have friendly and courteous employees, who accurately fill my orders. We won’t ever be returning to this one.

I wish they had actually put cream cheese on my bagel. This is what I got.

This is the THIRD time I’ve gotten “coffee” from this dunkin…with NO COFFEE. Occasional espresso beverages are the one luxury I allow myself…and I’m tired of wasting my money on B.S.
Usually, when I’m handed a latte or cappuccino where they forgot to put the actual espresso in, I politely ask if there’s coffee in the drink (it’s always very clear when there isn’t) and the cashier will take it back, inspect it, apologize, and pass it to the folks making the beverages to add the main ingredient. Annoying, but not a huge deal when it’s corrected.
HOWEVER. Today- after waiting for over 15 min with 3 cars in front of me who each only had 1 item- I got handed an iced “cappuccino”…which was pure white (check photos). I paused a moment, smiled at the woman at the window who did not look pleasant, and said “I’m sorry, but is there coffee in that?” She stares at me like I’m an idiot and says “well it’s an iced cappuccino with almond milk so that’s what it looks like”
….what??
I didn’t want to make the people behind me
wait longer too, so I simply took the beverage, and drove away. I took a sip…and SHOCKER I had a cup of cold, vanilla flavored almond milk!! No espresso at all. Very disappointed with the lack of care consistently taken at this location, disappointed with wasting money, and even more disappointed with the attitude I received for zero reason this afternoon.

Probably will not return to this location. The dunkin up the street may not full the beverage all the way, but there are fewer bad attitudes.

Terrible customer service. They gave me a refresher full of concentrate. I politely asked for it to be remade and she said No! Like who does that? I’m asking for a remake and she said I should buy another one. So disrespectful and clearly a case of racial profiling because why is this an issue for my drink to be remade after I just paid my money. She needs to work in the city she lives and give them people a hard time. We just want to get a good refresher since the bubble tea is closed next door.

Was given the wrong drink and unfortunately didn’t know until it got home because my husband picked it up.
Ordered a chai latte because I don’t like coffee, was given a regular latte. Didn’t realize it was that hard to read an order slip. I prefer Starbucks over this train wreck but unfortunately my husband prefers dunkin.
