I stop here when I am in Berea. I ordered a sourdough sandwich, the toast wasn’t toasted much so the cheese didn’t melt much and I got 2 pieces of bacon. The service is good but the food is like they rush too much

Wish I could leave 0 stars. If the manager isn’t there the other employees have no idea what they are doing. No point in mobile ordering they never prioritize them like they should. Countless number of coffees have been made wrong, which I forgive cause coffee is coffee (i hate coffee but i need it). Today was the second time my breakfast was wrong and the woman on the phone was no help at all. I’m gonna be running on dunkin to the bathroom all day because I’m only drinking their soapy coffee and have nothing to eat because of their mistake and their inability to correct it properly. Seriously if you’re the manager reading this just get out of there you’re the only one who’s good at your job and you shouldn’t have to work 10x harder

Refused to take my American cash $100 bill and they lied to me and told me right to my face that there’s signs posted that they will. Not take and refuse my money. This is illegal and against the United States constitution and the laws there is not one rule in the United States that tells businesses to refuse taking money and I want. To report this to corporate which I will and I want this Dunkin’ donuts shut down.

Do not go to this location if you are in a hurry. When I see four people in line I usually expect it to not be too long. Somehow this location can make it take 20 minutes.

In the drive thru. I asked for glazed donuts. They said they do t have them. I asked for glazed donuts holes. They said they didn’t have those either. The drive thru has no way out so I was stuck . Change your name to dunkin coffee

This is absolutely my favorite Dunkin in Ohio. The staff is always pleasant, courteous, and professional. Nothing better to walk to all the big smiles. first off the lady on the headset was very rude and kept asking me “is that it” with an attitude. I ordered hash browns and a croissant with cheese toasted. My hash browns were smashed at the bottom of the bag and this is how my croissant looked when I opened it. Cheese not melted and poorly prepared. I called and complained and the “manager” Chris told me he didn’t see what the issue was and told me to bless up before hanging up the phone on me

The drive-through is SO FREAKING SLOW. Honestly, they can only manage taking orders for 2 cars at a time, which is HORRIBLE line management. I go to the one on Bagely and Engle instead since they get ppl through so quickly and are nicer. I’m surprised the manager doesn’t pick up on this. I can’t wait for the new place Thortons to open next door.
